Room wasn't spotless at first. Housekeeping missed the dusting in our room but it was taken care of asap. Everyone was very pleasant and attentive. Overall, this hotel is one that you will tell your friends about. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was great. Resort was poor. Staff was helpful but they had little to work with. No coffee machines in the room, had to ask for corkscrew, on.the last day the amenity room was closed at 4:00 pm so we had to refresh in the gym bathroom. Certainly my not a 5 star.
