Check in and registration was not without glitch. Parking validation machines don't work sometimes and because of the glitch at check in and thus our parking wasn't linked to our room card, we had to pay parking fees per entry instead of day. The $25 beverage credit was not reflected on check out receipt, but we didn't want to wait on the long line to talk to someone. It should've been seamless.

We really enjoyed our experience, beautiful hotel. The only thing that put me off was the service we received when Checking in. The girl was rude, did not make us feel welcome and spoke like a robot. We were told our room was not ready and to come back at 4 pm to avoid a charge. The 2nd person who checked us in was polite and welcoming. Overall good experience and I would recommend.

I believe this hotel is quite popular, but unfortunately, my experience had a few disappointments. Some areas of the room were not thoroughly checked during cleaning. I noticed mold spots, and there were even used false eyelashes stuck to a facial tissue — clearly left behind by a previous guest. This raised concerns about cleanliness and attention to detail in housekeeping. I didn’t bring these issues to the staff’s attention because I didn’t want to bother anyone during my short stay, but I do hope it’s noted for improvement. The valet parking system also needs better organization — it felt confusing and slow. On top of that, the internet connection was poor, and I had no signal for my AT&T phone in many areas of the hotel. That said, I was genuinely impressed with the facilities and amenities the hotel offers. As a newer property on the Las Vegas Strip, it has a lot of potential. I usually stay at Encore when I visit Las Vegas, but I’m glad I tried something new — and if those few areas are improved, I would definitely consider coming back.

The hotel rooms are nice however there is not much services or fun restaurants when compared to hotels like encore or wynn. Pool is also not soo much fun. I would definitely recommend not to stay here because you may have to pay for uber 100 $. This place doesn’t match much with vegas vibes
