Very nice hotel. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Although I wasn't able to fully check in and out in the app, guest services made it very easy for me. If your looking for something to do there is ample things available in this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel. Roons are very nice and comfortable. We go to Las Vegas to enjoy the sun by a pool. The pools at RW are nice but... If you want a umbrella or a cushion on you lounge chair be prepared to spend some cash other wise full sun most of the day. My main complaint is if you want what would not be an upgrade at most hotel resorts its an upgrade at RW and it will cost you. I have stayed here for business 4 or 5 times and it was great. But for fun and leisure....its a hard pass.

Came in around 12:15 am and Took us over an hour and a half to check in , assigned wrong room twice, by the second time my wife and I just wanted to sleep. Key cards deactivated multiple times which made us have to run back to the front desk where no one was eager to help, or would redirect to someone else every time. Thankfully we ran in to Angelica who helped us out , she was the only one who seemed eager and happy to help us out and apologize for the bad experience we had.

The Conrad is beautiful - both the rooms and the resort itself. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. I did miss not having a coffee maker or mini fridge in the room. Needing to get dressed and head into the resort to purchase coffee was a bit inconvenient. There is a small cooler that is fine for a couple of water bottles or non-perishable items. Also, while there are several restaurants on the property, the majority of them close at 10pm. We were there to see a show in the Theater and were planning on enjoying a late dinner after. Overall, the Conrad is a great choice if you are seeing a show or attending an event at Resorts World. Every single staff that we encountered was polite, professional, and helpful!
