Poor customer service

Only self check in available. A girl assisted us but went through all of the screens very quickly and even signed for me on the kiosk. Ask for daily housekeeping, room never got cleaned. Never interacted with a live, hotel employee the entire stay. Paid extra to stay in the Rush tower and it is outdated. Got 4 pods of coffee for the entire 4 day stay. Never replenished.

We did not breakfast at the hotel. There were plenty of retain businesses located within the hotel/casino. Considering the "resort fees" there was no room service and a request for extra coffee pods and bottled water was denied.

I had breakfast at Claim Jumper?, good food,Great service. The Shower was obviously not convenient to operate. And the water in the sink runs out slowly. Other than that it was great.
