We requested a king bed & received 2 double beds.🙁 We requested our room to be cleaned in the morning & it was never done…so sad. This happened to us the last time we stayed here & it happened again. I gave this hotel a 2nd chance & they failed me again. I will never stay here again.

Ceiling in our room was damaged and peeling. The maintenance man who looked at it shrugged and said it wasn’t a big deal. No offer to re-room us. It was incredibly loud outside, which was fine, but the air conditioning in the room was roaring the entire weekend, which was even louder and I could hear through the earplugs the hotel provided -_- It was absolutely not worth the price and we will not be staying here again.

Check in took 45 minutes: machines did not work, only one clerk available for assistance with a long line. Carson tower room was old and dumpy with someone else’s hair in bathroom. Room was also not soundproof so loud music from the street below could be heard. This hotel was NOT worth the price. It is more expensive than surrounding hotels downtown. I used to think the golden nugget was nicer than other downtown hotels but I think it’s the same as the others (except Circa) so you might as well stay at the cheapest one and save some money.

We had a great time & enjoyed the resort as well a the access to Fremont Street. I do wish they had mini fridges in the rooms - we paid over $300 for dinner for 2 & had nowhere to keep the leftovers, so they went to waste.

Hotel very tired. Despite requesting room to be cleaned this did not occur every day. Worst was my safe failed and I reported this immediately. They advised they would send a member of staff to fix and I told them I was on my way out but to repair anyway. I removed my items from my safe and deposited the items in my sons' safe in another room. On my return about 10pm no repair and my room had not been cleaned. The room itself was tired and in need of redecoration along with the hallways. The hall carpets were dirty not just on my floor but on all floors I visited. My party had 4 rooms on different floors. All in all a bit disappointed.

Great property great location! We were in the 24th floor. My only complaint is even with earplugs you can’t get the music to go away. All day long and until around 2am. Didn’t get alot of sleep.

Been downtown before but never stayed overnight until now. A nice big room and comfortable bed for probably half the price of a comparable property on the strip. Lots of great bands playing on Fremont street (esp. if you like classic rock). Great pool area, with fishes and sharks swimming next to you in a glass aquarium.
