The only thing i had a an issue is when we walked in after a long morning of traveling and got bombarded by the Hilton people pushing us to get all this stuff we went but came back as we just wanted to go to our room and they kept trying to push us after we said no. We did not really enjoy that but we loved the hotel and atmosphere

Promised daily housekeeping but failed the very next day. I spoke to housekeeping contact two times then the supervisor came knocking asking if they could perform housekeeping at 9.30pm at night. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Unique and Enjoyable Stay! I had a great experience staying at the Golden Nugget Hotel! What makes this place unique is its mix of vintage Vegas charm with modern comfort. The location on Fremont Street puts you right in the heart of the action, and there’s always something fun happening nearby. The hotel itself is clean, classy, and full of character. I really liked the atmosphere, and the pool with the shark tank is definitely a standout feature! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I really liked everything about this place. It gave me a unique Vegas experience, and I would definitely come back again!

The property (Golden Nugget was near everything needed, restaurants, transportation to the strip, Uber. We loved our stay and will choose the Golden for future stay. We had one minor issue and it was that room 1756 bathroom sink (hot water side) had a leak. We informed the property during check out. Otherwise the room (in Carson Tower) was clean and quiet. The room was a bit older and wished we had a fridge, but for the time @ Vegas (3 nights) it was perfect! We visited other casinos and were happy we had chosen Golden for our stay :)

We had to check ourselves in with a kiosk. It had a lack of connection to anyone at the hotel. It’s like we were a number and not a guest. We literally were spoken to zero times by anyone working there. We will not stay there again, The rooms were run down and there was no customer service at all during our stay.
