Our room was right in front of the strand. A band was playing all night till 3am! Next morning went to speak to front desk and the lady was very nice and took off the resort fee, but didn’t accommodate my room change due to nothing being available. That same night I had my DL and Credit Cards stolen from my wallet as I was gambling. Went to report the incident to security which was such a rude old lady . I could hardly hear her due to her being smack right in the middle of the gambling tables and machines let alone it was a huge tall tower that she was inside of . Didn’t help at all. Also it’s really inconvenient walking all the way to check in/front desk when located at the Rush Tower …. That front desk at the Rush Tower should be open and used instead of it sitting there not helping anyone.

Hidden pool and service were specially!! But - hate hate hate self check-in. The room was dated and dark. Levelor blinds, spotted faucets, scratched wood and wobbly chair, and we won't talk about the window. Plus side Great cold refrigerator! Clean room.

Loved our stay here. the valet and bellhops were really the only staff we ever interacted with. other than the casino dealers. restaurants were good and being right at the center of Fremont was awesome!

Room was a 5/10. There was noticeable markings and scuffs on wall with some areas it was peeling. The shower is NOT accessible for individuals who can’t get out on their own. No hold bars …just a slippery tub to get out after a shower and hoping to God you don’t fall. The rain shower head was also very weak. Biggest complaint was the price. The resort fees are crazy! We needed something small brought up to the room (not food related) and they were going to charge us 7.00 to bring it up. After all those resort fees, you would think it would be free! Area wise it’s okay and close to Fremont. The noise level was okay but some nights we could hear from the street. The pool area was very busy around 12pm and there is a third floor pool which is adults only BUT you have to pay for the sun chair if you want to sit up there! Again…isn’t this the reason for resort fees?!? The best thing was the Saltgrass steakhouse in the hotel. Stay overall is a 5/10.
