We stayed in the Rush tower the room was very clean and modern. The pool was amazing, and very relaxing . Everything was so close to such us food, entertainment and shopping . Will definitely stay here again!

When check in they wanted customers to use kiosk....no check in reservation counter...my check in card not approved....finally got help by a reluctant employee that told me to do it myself...I asked her to watch me and she saw that I was beening denied....she then helped me ...but was not pleased to haveing to do so... There were no places to sit...other than slot machines or bar stools....reg rooms had no refrigerators or microwaves in them...which is most of the time is included in reg rooms....for the room price, I found the hotel very lacking....the only thing going for it was the location.

It was a bit disappointing… We spent 3 nights there and not ONE of those were housekeeping ever in our room. Each night we had to call for trash pick up, toilet paper, and clean towels. The lack of security near the food areas made it easy for vagrants to come up asking for coffee purchases and or food. The casino area was hot and stuffy, too. The resort fees are exactly for what purpose!?!

Our tub in the restroom was not cleaned from the previous people.There was a dirt ring all around.I washed my hair in the sink and had to clean up using the sink.The host at the check in was not very friendly in helping when a question was asked.The view from the window was nice.First time trip to Vegas.
