Self check in was difficult. There was an employee to assist, however had to wait my turn to talk to them. They were not very approachable. The room was clean-ish. Found items on the floor from previous guest. Only had room cleaning and supply restock one day resulting in a large pile of towels, over flowing garbage cans, no in room coffee supplies. The phone number to house keeping rang for a while before someone picked up. The music from freemont was very loud in the room had to use ear plugs to get rest. The music did not end until 2:00 in the morning. The casino was one of the cleaner ones on Freemont. I don’t plan on staying there again.

The property was old and dingy. The staff was not always friendly. The bellsman was rude and expected gratuity in the spot and put his hand out to us. The website said the room had a small fridge and a Kuerig with 4 pods but it had neither. The people posted up in the hallway, on your way back to Carson tower, who were trying to sell you deals, were super annoying and were making us angry! Theyd ask us every single time we walked by, which was often. The pool area seating was too congested. The area is too small for as many chairs as they have out. The bathroom sink drain smelt and there were constant issues with self checkin. I would prefer a human! And the bed and pillows were awful! Water pressure and temperature of the shower was amazing and the room was clean. Definitely staying on the strip next time! Freemont was full of dirty people and homeless.

The restroom wasn’t clean especially the shower. Most of the staff we encountered wasn’t friendly like the staff pushing money cart, bartender, front desk. We did have a good experience with the bells men. My family and I stay here at least 3 to 4 time a year and I got to say this was the worse experience this time around.
