The men’s restroom in the casino were filthy and a homeless man living in one of the stalls. Our bathroom shower was dirty, it had a fake eye lash stuck to the shower wall, gross! Soap dispenser was empty.

Few of the front desk people were very rude and unwilling to make things right. No room service one of the days (no clean towels, empty shower gel, overfilled garbage can). Took hours to get shower gel delivered to room. The place is well understaffed and charge fees for any little thing (early check-in, room with two beds, late check-out, etc). I would never stay there again.

The room was excellent. Clean well taken care of and everything worked perfectly. The casino is one of the last to offer 5 dollar BJ tables. The dealers where very friendly and professional. Claim Jumper has great food and super service. If you have never looked up pictures of the pool and the shark tank you should. This is our 4th time to Vegas and after our first trip we have always stayed the the Golden Nugget.

We got what we paid for, as we only needed a room to shower and rest before catching our flight. The room was decent for the price, though I did notice some rust in the shower and that the soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were completely empty and needed refills

Carson Tower room was very outdated but ok However, all dispensers in the bathroom were empty which tells me housekeeping is not very thorough in their cleaning. Carson tower elevators were filthy! Dirt, dust, crumps and garbage in the corners, glass all over the property was dirty, main casino area smelled of stale beer, area in hallway by the pool smelled of sewer.

We were in the Carson Tower for Room #1. The obnoxious sewer gas in our room made us request another room. This was accommodated immediately. In addition to the smell, the tub plumbing was literally falling off of the tub from rust. Room #2 was larger and much better. The entire hotel appears dated and needs an overhaul. Very convenient location on Fremont street. Gambling was disappointing on the slots and definitely much tighter and lower payouts.
