I was looking forward to celebrating my mom‘s birthday. The double beds at Golden Nugget are a full size - felt so much smaller than a queen. Additionally, one of the beds did not have a comforter, only the sheets. When I realized, at 1 AM called the front desk and upon delivery , they never knocked just replacement items outside the door, but it was only another set of sheets and never a comforter. The room didn’t feel clean and a few crumbs were on the floor when we arrived. I was disappointed.

The men’s restroom in the casino were filthy and a homeless man living in one of the stalls. Our bathroom shower was dirty, it had a fake eye lash stuck to the shower wall, gross! Soap dispenser was empty.

Few of the front desk people were very rude and unwilling to make things right. No room service one of the days (no clean towels, empty shower gel, overfilled garbage can). Took hours to get shower gel delivered to room. The place is well understaffed and charge fees for any little thing (early check-in, room with two beds, late check-out, etc). I would never stay there again.

The room was excellent. Clean well taken care of and everything worked perfectly. The casino is one of the last to offer 5 dollar BJ tables. The dealers where very friendly and professional. Claim Jumper has great food and super service. If you have never looked up pictures of the pool and the shark tank you should. This is our 4th time to Vegas and after our first trip we have always stayed the the Golden Nugget.
