Love staying at golden nugget (3rd time) stayed in Carson tower room 20119 little out dated and shower is very slippery I actually slipped and fell while showering on first morning broke 1 rib and cracked 1 rib deep bruise made rest of trip very difficult to say the least could not even do some events we had planned because of my ribs we even paid extra for room upgrade never seen a shower that slippery and they could of cared less. Try to be honest and not sure if we will Be staying there again sad because we love the nugget

However our initial reservations was for the Carson tower and after entering the room we immediately knew that there was no way we could stay there for the duration of our stay. The room was very dated, smelled musty and the bathroom was yucky

Hotel was great. The check in was terrible! The kiosk was not helpful as it needed a confirmation number and all Expedia kept giving us was an itinerary number. Staff had to help us get the correct number then while typing all info in, the kiosk timed us out. Had to start all over again.. Ugh!

My first night was perfect. Second night a concert that began early in day continued well into the evening. My room on floor 20, windows rattled and the entire room thumped to the music. At 11:45 I contacted the front desk, was told the concert was end a midnight. At 12:15 am still going strong I called a second time your staff suggested I used the supplied ear plugs. Their response was completely unprofessional. I asked to be moved, they said the property was full. Around 1, the noise ended. Yes I was not satisfied with my stay due this issue.
