I didn’t care for the automated check-in. The chicken kiosk was not easy to navigate and they did have someone there helping everyone, but I just felt like I didn’t know what was going on. Also, once we checked in, we had no directions on how to get to our room we had to ask a couple of people, normally when checked in by a concierge or desk agent they give you directions, which is very helpful. When I had to go back down to get extra keys or for my late check-in, I still had to ask a person what to do even when I open the Screen because it wasn’t very user-friendly to me.

I’m giving this room a low rating because I did not appreciate a room with no window to let in any natural light. It was like being in a cave. Otherwise the room was nice. I also could not rate staff. No staff member had an interaction with us. The check in kiosks were kind of complicated. Check out was simple. Hotel is lovely & well taken care of.

The biggest issue is, the lack of communication and knowledge with the staff. Was given incorrect Information on valet service, dining times, oversized parking, checking in/out, etc. management needs to do a much better job training staff on basic knowledge for customers. Panhandlers wandered casino floor asking guests for money. Rooms were worth the money-only pro for the property
