The room itself was ok clean. Spot on bed sheet which should have been thrown out if small spot was unable to be laundered clean. Slept on top sheet. Tub should be replaced due to rust. Loud motor type noise that cycled on and off from up above floor.

Pretty nice property and conveniently located on Fremont. Good food and drink options.Some of our interactions with staff weren’t the best. Very rude bell boys who were very demanding with respect to tips.(I tipped them well). Also we had a issue with another guests at the pool at a private cabana we rented (they entered our area and were going through our things) security and the servers were not interested in hearing our complaint and allowed the person to stay near us.

Love this place. Rooms I’ve stayed in in the Gold tower are always quiet- there can be a snaffu with a phone needing replacement (once) but they are good to you and usually take a resort fee off if you ask. I love the place. I don’t gamble. I go to relax and people watch outside. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Fremont.

SIGNIFICANT hidden fees. Didn’t get the room we were supposed to until half way through the trip and ended up having to pay additional fees. Charges for coffee in the rooms. Rude staff except the maintenance man who came to fix the door one that was broken on the bathroom. A $500 trip ended up costing us around $1500

Our room was never cleaned the entire time we were there. We had a hole in the bathtub that had a rust trail that took half the tub and water leaked on the floor. Had a bad experience with the bartender at the salt steakhouse when we ordered food . When I was gambling on the upper section I was targeted twice by thieves and the pool closes too early. Would not come back.

Our room was right in front of the strand. A band was playing all night till 3am! Next morning went to speak to front desk and the lady was very nice and took off the resort fee, but didn’t accommodate my room change due to nothing being available. That same night I had my DL and Credit Cards stolen from my wallet as I was gambling. Went to report the incident to security which was such a rude old lady . I could hardly hear her due to her being smack right in the middle of the gambling tables and machines let alone it was a huge tall tower that she was inside of . Didn’t help at all. Also it’s really inconvenient walking all the way to check in/front desk when located at the Rush Tower …. That front desk at the Rush Tower should be open and used instead of it sitting there not helping anyone.
