Clean room nice staff. Nice view of the sphere. One set of elevators on our wing were down, it made for 30 minutes wait on check out day. Something was beeping on our floor by the elevators for our entire 4 day stay.

Planet Hollywood is a nice hotel, enjoy staying there. Only half of the elevators were working on the North Tower, with all the visitors and college people there was always a wait to get on or they were full and no room

Upon check in, I was able to check in early which was a blessing.Because I was attending a concert that night at Planet Hollywood and it made unpacking and preparing so much easier. I did get lost often maneuvering through the casino and trying to go here and there. I loved my view from my room i got to view the sphere!!! I loved being right next to kabo wabo, because i'm a big Van Halen fan. And I love that I could just walk to so many places because I was so centrally located. Can't wait to go back in the theater where the concert was was very intimate.I loved it

The rooms were not cleaned and the rooms were not cleaned next days as we stayed for 3 nights. There were some papers stacked on the smoke detector. The light was not enough in the room.
