Check-in was a little slow as self check-in kiosks were not working; clerk did offer a significant room upgrade to a top floor suite for a fairly minimal amount which we took advantage of. The Batman Suite was huge with a separate living room, stand up shower and separate bathtub and three televisions (including one in the bathroom). Wonderful trip overall, other than the departure flight delay and rebooking to a later connecting flight out of Houston. And, of course, the expected losses at the casinos.

Found it very difficult to find our way around. Signing was not always clear. Sign in was a long process. We did the pre-check-in online so that we could use a Kiosk to get our room key and skip the long check-in line. The kiosks were not available. Waited at least a half hr in line to get our room key. Alan who was our server at the Plant Hollywood Cafe was great! Very friendly and professional. We did enjoy our stay!

Well located on the strip. Staff was great. Dining at Planet Hollywood was great and reasonably priced. The theater in the facility was great. Loved All the Little Village Shops that were in there.

Nice Hotel , but poor management service

My main concern was that the room I booked was supposed to have a door that separated the bedroom from the living room. It did not. Not only that, but the bathroom also had no door either. As my son was staying with me it did not afford us any privacy at all. I complained to the hotel and received via a message on WhatsApp a rude message from someone on the management team that asked me if I suffered from excessive gas, the message had disappeared by the following morning .

Good evening, We were given Room 972. I just wanted to let you know about a couple of things: - there was constant banging from the top or floor throughout the day and night (was hard to sleep - I called the front desk two separate times (Friday, August 22 and Saturday, August 23) to inquire about it, two different reps told me they had to ask security. The rep on Saturday said security advised it was because our room was near the elevator, and that we have the option to switch rooms. The rep on Sunday transferred me directly to security and said the same - it was because we were near the elevator. Note: our room was not attached, it was across to a room that would’ve been close to the elevator. - I asked both times if this was normal for this room and both times, the front desk rep and security said yes. I even asked if all the rooms ending in “72” have the same issues, and security said they get a lot of complaints about this. I don’t know why this room would be available for occupancy if this is a known issue. I have stayed at planet Hollywood two times before this and never had this issue or any issue before. Thank you for the opportunity to send my feedback. We love the location of this hotel, the staff is always great and we’ve always had good experiences with Planet Hollywood. We had planned on coming back to stay there again, but this experience has made us want to look at other options. I recommend not putting anyone in that room or rooms with similar issues.
