Like the fact that we received a text each day asking if we needed anything . Everyone was friendly. Helped with getting us a cab quickly after the one we ordered was taking too long. Would stay here again.

My husband and myself made a reservation on hotels.com and assumed we had secured a room to rest after we had enjoyed our day ! We made reservations at Hilton .We arrived and showed up at the counter , The representative said he couldn’t find our reservation. So I proceeded. To show him my phone with all the confirmation, As we waited he returned to tell us there was no Reservations and we needed to call Hotels.com there was nothing he could do because we had used a third party , He stated you need to call this number and we have no rooms anyway ! I stated “ So you have no vacancies there’s no rooms ! He stated that is correct ! I was extremely upset ! We began to walk away with our bags and another desk associate said what happened ! And we related the same to him ! He stated I’m sorry theres nothing I can do , We have no rooms ! After many attempts I finally got somebody on the phone on hotels.com and after one hour on the phone they stated the reservation at Hilton had been confirmed there was a room available!!! Unfortunately ! We’ve been driving around and all of sudden they found a room for us !! We were Tired and decided to pay for another room ! How long did they think we would drive around waiting for them to fix this ! I Ask for a refund and the rep stated we have to see if Hilton will approve a refund !!!!! WOW seriously I will be looking into this further we live five hours away and was extremely tired to be going thru this !

We along we at least one other family with 3 small kids. 3 other seperate people. All of us with reservations were told there were no rooms available. We got to the apolo Club hotel around 10pm. They finally found us a room at another hotel 3 hours later. But it was our only night in Las Vegas before we head out on our trip. They completely destroyed or first night because they overbooked. Cant put a price on the time we lost. A terrible experience

We really liked the amenities for this property - it was great to have the option of making a coffee in our unit each morning! The staff are so kind and courteous and the proximity to the steip was so nice! Literally a 2 min walk. The pool deck was so nice and we appreciated that we could bring our own food to barbecue. It was also nice to have a quiet lobby without a casino. The only challenge we had was with elevator speed and maintenance but otherwise it was a game changer. Will definitely stay again!

This hotel is right off the strip and super close to everything! There were 6 of us and we stayed in a two bedroom suite with a sofa bed. Beds were comfy (shockingly even the sofa bed) and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would 100% stay here again.
