I am amazed that you can charge a resort fee. I didn’t have a bed as paid for and described in the booking description, I had a SOFA BED! There was no room service as arranged. The staff were rude and obnoxious. Then being pressured into attending your “presentation” that took 3 HOURS out of my travel time was hideous. So again, tell us what the resort fee was for? I will be leaving this public review and reporting this charge to my financial institution as “fraud/scam” payment. Do better, be better. I have emailed but no reply as yet!

Good location but dated hotel. Nice staff. Carpet had several large stains. I had a studio which had a bed that folds up but when folded, there wasn’t any cushions so there was no comfortable place to sit. Also sliding door was very hard to open.

I came here on extended business and thought it would be nice to stay somewhere i could make some of my meals. The ice maker in the freezer was disgusting, the ice cubes were brown when it finally started making ice. The elevators were sooooooo slow. A pipe under the kitchen sink rotted and water was flooding the cabinet under the kitchen sink from a hole in the pipe. The majoirty of the staff were pretty good. The day before my flight home we had to change our flight and stay an extra day due to bad weather where we were flying home to. I asked the front desk and the manager if I could stay an additional night and no one could help us. They said we had to book online. There were 2 other couples with the same issue as well. Out of pure frustration and the managers inability to assist us. We decided to leave and go stay at Ceasars. I would not recommend this property to anyone. It obviously is not well maintained and the staff is only capable of basic functions.

Love it!!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I had to here. Love the hotel. I reserved the 2 bedroom apartment, which had 2 bedrooms with an adjoining door. The king size bedroom came with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathtub in the bathroom. The queen size bedroom came with a microwave and a mini fridge. There is no casino in the hotel which is great because it’s quieter and less crowded. The only con in my stay was that I received a used/unclean towel mixed in with all the other towels that appeared to be clean. I would definately still stay here again.

After paying for their higher price rooms; I later found out unfortunately that it didn't come with any free parking in their facilities and there is an additional facilities fees for using their facilities (swimming pool, etc.) that we didn't need to use it. This was not informed you upfront that they don't have any free parking, only valet parking and their additional facilities fees; until after you already booked your reservation. They informed me about that through their email afterwards, and they will allowed me to cancel my reservation; but they will not able refund my money. Hilton should provide greater transparency in their rooms, clearly outlining the full costs involved upfront to prevent consumers from being misled. I am very unhappy about this outcome, and I am very reluctant to stay at any Hilton Hotel and Resorts in the future.
