All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room could have been a little cleaner, but overall, it was a pleasant, comfortable stay. I will stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Staff was not friendly at all. Rushed check in. Was not given information where to park or check out time. He said the room number and pointed to the elevator. That was pretty much it. The room was semiclean. When we entered our room. The bed was not made. The bed was missing its blanket and the pillows were at the end of the bed. I think they were in the middle of cleaning the room but forgot to finish. When I called the front desk, the guy just said he will bring the blanket. He just handed me the blanket and walked away in the middle of me saying something. Very rude.

Pool was closed indefinitely. Looked as if someone had pooped in it. The Cafe was closed for no reason. No coffee to be found anywhere. The fitness center was a joke. One towel, not a single complete pair of dumbbells, and just depressing.

The staff was very friendly and explain that I could charge the snacks and drinks to my room deposit. I stayed 2 nights in 2 separate rooms. Then one had a fridge and microwave, both head large televisions and we're very clea. I didn't mind that the carpet had stains on it. The bed was comfortable, and that's all I cared about. I like the lobby. It is close to every way, so you get freeway noise to what. But for the price, it was a good stay

The remote control did not work unless you press down really hard and even then it takes ages to move. The volume key didn't work at all so had to hook up the phone to control it but it was way too laggy. Coffee wasn't good at all. I would rather have a cup of folgers, the cheapest in the stores than whatever this hotel had. Other than that, the place was clean, water works nicely for a hot shower. I loved the microwave. First hotel that I could save food and reheat to eat it again!!!
