Where do I begin?? I'd give this hotel 1,000 stars if I could. We stayed in a grand king suite and it was immaculate. Our room was HUGE and so clean!!! We loved the huge shower and the jetted spa in the bathroom. Our view was amazing as we could see the sphere from our living room window and bedroom. The floor to ceiling windows were awesome!! The staff were so kind!! We will definitely stay there again.

Everything was great. The only thing I would point out is we had upgraded room to prestige lounge. Breakfast and drinks was great. They should include more protein in their afternoon menu. Seem like there was no much of a choice besides carbs. Maybe to cut cost of the food. Other than that thumbs up.

The parking is very convenient where you don't have to walk super far to get to the rooms. The location is great and feels safe late at night as you can walk to the Venetian as well as across to the Wynn and the Fashion Show mall. Love all the shopping and dining options and that the Grand Lux cafe is in both hotels and open at all hours. The all suites is nice so we always have a wonderful room.

I've stayed at the Palazzo 3 times prior to this stay. I love the food choices in the shopping area. I registered for the VIP package for us, and the waiters/waitresses were so kind and helpful with our questions. My husband was so delighted with his breakfast choices, appetizers and drinks in the evening. The bummer of our trip was our 2 delayed flights to our hotel room at 2:24 AM & bed at 3 AM!

The check-in process was terrific, and the staff was very friendly. I have rooms on the 40th floor where you can see the spheres. However, the two rooms we got were not clean, hair was in the shower, stains and makeup stains on the towels, and the bed frame and the mattresses were making squeaky noises every time. The silver tray on the right side of the sink was empty; nothing was on it, but there were filthy stains and marks all over the tray. I didn’t bother to complain because I did not want to ruin my birthday mood and requested extra clean towels, shampoos, and body wash. And my husband cleaned the shower booth by himself. And we also noticed the crackers and crumbs under the beds, which probably didn’t get adequately vacuumed. I wish the rooms were clean and smelled better.
