Not very happy

The check in was bad. The person at the front desk complained about her job and said she was looking for another job. The lobby had a bad smell. The first thing we saw when we opened the door to our room was a large spider and we noticed a large gap at the bottom of the door.

the room did not like picture shown. Old run-down building shabby furniture. I suggest that you change the picture to what it really looks like. If I had known it, I would not have stayed there.
