Lovely Apartment with a tasteful decor, there were a few broken bits that needs fixing ( bedside drawer & leg chair) but Overall really nice Apartment with a kitchenette and a Bonus Sauna all to ourselves! Nice, multicultural part of Leipzig - Would definitely stay there again!

The bedsofa is not ok for two children 10+. Cooling have no exhaust pipe. Nice with coffee. Salt is almost empty. Nice situated where Netto and backerei are close and open early.

The reception was friendly The apartment was old and doors were makings noise. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The sauna was working and nice The neighborhood is recognized as one of the most dangerous neighborhoods. We tried to be back before dark It is more than 3 stop from the city center so you need to pay more for the public transit

Perfect stay for family

We stayed one-night; family with a tween and 7-year-old. It was the most pleasant and quiet stay ever. Found free parking easily (it was Sunday though). Studio was clean and comfortable.

Mehr von solchen Apartments braucht die Stadt

Mein Zimmer war mit den Fenstern zur Straße, war aber sehr ruhig. Laut war nur im Haus, wenn jemand im Zimmer über mir sich bewegt hat. Wahrscheinlich waren das die Dielen, weil ich jeden Schritt gehört habe. Sonst ist das haus nicht hellhörig. Die Sauna ist ganz klein und die Wärme verschwindet nach oben. Schade. Da wo man sitzt ist kalt. Mit der Wärmekabine wäre solche Konstruktion sinniger. Es war alles sauber, alles toll eingerichtet. In der Nähe befindet sich die Eisenbahnstrasse, Multi-Kulti Straße von Leipzig. Viele Bars und Dönerläden, für jeden etwas dabei. In meinem TV waren nur 10 Programme, wahrscheinlich stimmte etwas mit den Einstellungen nicht. Auf meine Anfrage bei der Rezeption wurde mir vorgeschlagen mich mit dem Suchlauf zu beschäftigen, was ich gelassen habe. Ich kenne mich damit nicht gut aus und ich wollte vermeiden ganz und gar ohne TV zu bleiben. Internet hat funktioniert, auch wenn nicht ganz schnell. Aber für normal Recherche reichte aus.

Good value for money

Very good value for money. We stayed for almost two weeks in a superior apartment with Sauna. All you need is there. Just the kitchen is a bit small for long stays. The Sauna in the bathroom is obviously amazing. Not that far to the city center but not the best area of Leipzig. Still a quiet street with plenty of parking available. We would stay there again.

We had a great stay at the apartments. We arrived earlier and had no issues to check in earlier. The communication with the guys at reception was ver friendly. The apartment and the whole building is so clean. At the kitchen we had everything needed. The bed linen and towels were very clean ans fresh. I highly recommend these apartments and will be back for sure again.

Fine little apartment.

Nice little cozy spot. Good price for a band on the road. Hot water. Good wi-fi. Parking can be slightly rough but doable with some patience.

What a gem! This hotel is in an interesting neighborhood—some say edgy but we found it to be multicultural and friendly. The location is also a little out of the way of the main sights, but the rooms are stunningly clean and comfortable. The sauna was a treat after a week on the road.
