Good hotel for the veey reasonable price, plenty of free parking, nice front desk staff, many restaurants around, safe area, spacious, quiet, clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, no hot water problem, heater worked well, nice view from room, good breakfast included, great location, easy access from highway. Fantastic experience!!! We planned this as a family trip with myself and my son to be able to enjoy Christmas together with my mother. We were able to get adjoining rooms which made the whole trip even possible, as both my mother and son require my help and I was able to move between rooms with ease. My son and I enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, although they both were a bit neglected (just a little dirty) probably due to short staffing since there weren’t many guests staying at the time. I think I only saw one woman doing everything-breakfast area, room cleaning, etc. But it was a wonderful visit and we were very pleased with the accommodations: large refrigerator, microwave, large tv, spacious. Ruby Tuesday is right next door, other restaurants close by, and Walmart across the street. Directly off the highway. Area is safe. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. My only asks would be for slide-out shelves under the bathroom counter, towel racks or more hooks, a retractable clothesline in the shower (for wet bathing suits) and Keurig coffee machines.

Room was spacious and clean. Refrigerator was a good size and microwave was handy. Breakfast was adequate. I feel that some things were missing, like pancakes/waffles, due to the small amount of people staying over through Christmas. And it would be a better experience to have towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. The two small hooks on the back of the bathroom door just aren’t enough. All in all, very comfortable stay.

(5 stars) Check in was pleasant and quick. (1 star) However a real bummer after checking in we were told the hot tub was out of order. The reason why we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. We wanted to have a break from traveling in our RV and enjoy the hot tub for the night. (5 stars) Room was spacious, with a decent sized refrigerator and a microwave. (1 stars) However there were some stains in one of the bed spreads. (1 star) My husband wasn't able to sleep because the single unit heater kept turning on and off all night long. (5 stars) Breakfast was expected, the usual continental breakfast with hot and cold choices. (5 stars) Kudo to the kitchen staff lady who was able to accommodate my request for the sausages on a separate dish for my son who has multiple food allergies.

Happy with our one night stay. Breakfast was adequate for a free option. Could use additional options. Room was clean but showing some wear and tear. Beds were very comfortable, better than many hotels. Did not have a chance this trip to use pool/spa but will revisit and use them.
