Lahden laituri # 204 sijaitsee Lincoln Cityn eteläpäässä Taftin alueella aivan Siletzin lahdella. Tämä on loistava alue tutkia viehättäviä pieniä kauppoja, lasinpuhallusliikkeitä ja hienoja perheystävällisiä ravintoloita. Nice, comfy, and close to most things we wanted to do

Nice place but cleaners need to pay more attention to details. Found an empty water bottle under open living room chair. Also found a tube of something under edge of made up bed. Other than that, it was nice and convenient to everything we wanted to do.

This condo had great views and was very clean. This u it is advertised as a 3 bedroom- there is no 3rd bedroom. They are counting the living room couch as the 3rd bedroom. The couch has 2 reclining parts but does not pull out into a bed. Kind of misleading since the ad says 3 bedroom.

The location & views here are great. However, we paid a high price for views which we did not get to enjoy. A large portion of the balcony was covered in bird feces and there were no chairs to sit on the balcony & enjoy the views even if it was clean. Very disappointing. Especially since that’s one of the biggest reasons we booked this location. The master bath shower did not work at all. So we all had to share the one bathroom in the hall, which made things more difficult. When we notified management they did not seem to care just simply said sorry. We had negotiate only to receive a very small refund. They said they had back to back bookings and didn’t even attempt to come fix the shower or bring chairs meaning they weren’t ever planning to.We won’t be back.

Check-in was fine, our code worked to get inside! The condo was great and had a nice view from the balcony, we had all the needed items in the kitchen, comfortable furniture, unit was clean, communication went well with property manager. The only issues we had was 1) the tv channels box/remote were not working in the living room which was fine in this case since we were able to log into our streaming networks and also we appreciated the HDMI cable so we could connect via laptop. 2) the unit was advertised as being a 3-bedroom, able to sleep 6. However, there is no 3rd bedroom and the sofa was not an extra bed. Luckily, it was only 4 of us so the queen beds in each bedroom was sufficient. 3) the pictures made it look like it was a 1st floor unit because the balcony had clear railings so I was surprised to learn it was a 2nd floor unit. But it was fine and perhaps I overlooked the listing saying it was a 2nd floor unit. If not, it would be good to mention it’s a 2nd floor unit (and change listing to a 2-bedroom unit!).

Lovely beach getaway

Great condo, well appointed and nicely decorated. Our bed was comfy. The kitchen had the basics you need. Nice little fireplace for prestologs. The view is wonderful! I enjoyed being on the bay even more than a normal oceanfront rental...the tidal changes and wildlife in the bay provided endless entertainment. Ducks and sandpipers everywhere, and lots of harbor seal antics you could look at while hanging out on the couch. A bird-watchers dream location. Great communication with host - we had a hiccup with the entry code and they helped us right away. Loved the location - in a quiet little community yet easy 1-block walk to coffeeshops, public beach, restaurants, grocery, and even a weekend market. We had our choice of walking to the ocean itself via a couple-block paved walk or along the sand right in front of our condo. We brought kayaks and were able to launch right from the property. Would totally stay here again.

Great location

Nice living room space for the 4 of us to hang out. Was originally given the wrong access code but was able to communicate quickly with management. View of the bay was gorgeous. Condo was very clean. Walked to Mo's and the food cart pod across the street. Was a nice 2 night stay.

The property was easy to find and quiet. They had a lot things in the kitchen to make cooking easy. Lots of space to spread out. The only disappointment is the deck was covered in bird poop so we couldn’t use it.

Excellent location and easy parking. No elevator, but only one flight of stairs. Nice to have a full kitchen and laundry. Property needs a little love. No light bulb in the main bedroom and outlets are extremely loose (plug fall out). Electric fireplace in bedroom didn’t work and no wood for wood fireplace. A little tight in kitchen and bathrooms, but you are really paying for the spot right on the beach, which was very convenient.

Great location

This is a great location and has a wonderful view of the bay. It is waterfront, but there is no surf so you shouldn’t expect the ocean noise. The patio was screened in due to a problem with pigeons. Spending any time on the patio felt dirty due to the bird mess. The owners try to address the issue, but it clearly is an ongoing problem. The condo is clean with two full bathrooms. Well stocked and comfortable.

Quiet get away

We’ll stocked and nice view. Beautiful art work with beach theme. Close to MO’s and beach. Only down was our deck was totally unusable due to pigeons and pooh all over windows and sitting area.

Sadly, outdoor space was horrible.

Oregon coast property with fabulous view of Siletz Bay. Unfortunately our deck had been taken over by pigeons and the deck was unusable. Pigeons nesting, pooping, dominating the deck. Deck chairs that were already filthy were covered with pigeon poo. Additionally the deck floor had not been maintained and was writing in spots. Sad, because the location was wonderful but we were confined to the inside.
