Turns out they did not have my reservation, saying something about having dealt with Expedia before, but not Hotels.com. So, instead of staying at a place that was a 10-minute walk for my meeting that night, I needed a 15-minute scooter ride. The bed was wide, but seemed just under my 6-foot frame in length. And on top of all that, i was not provided a breakfast.
