Great Stay!

Another 4 night stay at this hotel. Staff are so good but English is limited. Carlos on reception is the guy to go to if you want an English speaker. Breakfast is good and plentiful.

Great Hotel

Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff at the hotel are very good and helpful but only one speaks English. Rooms were clean as was tge bathrooom. Cleaning staff attended everyday. Free coffe and tea is available in reception. The breakfast was excellent and we had a couple of meals in the evening. Meals were of a high quality and the portions were huge!

Prático e confortável.

Hotel extremamente limpo, conservado e bem cuidado. Quarto triplo com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro é um pouco pequeno para três adultos, mas nos atendeu muito bem. Toalhas de banho grandes e espessas, edredons e roupas de cama de boa qualidade. Todas as toalhas e fronhas foram trocadas. Chuveiro bom e Smart TV com TV a cabo. Bom frigobar tbm. Colchões um pouco duros, mas confortáveis. Café da manhã com muitas opções de bolos e salgados bem saborosos, inclusive opções sem glúten e lactose. A localização não é tão central, mas o acesso ao centro e outras áreas de interesse é rápido. Próximo à rodoviária de Maringá, Shopping Cidade e Parque de Exposições, numa região agradável da cidade. Atendimento impessoal. O hóspede pode escolher se estaciona e retira o próprio veículo ou não, só que notei que apenas os recepcionistas homens se ofereceram para colocar/tirar o carro da garagem. Ponto negativo: só fiquei sabendo que a garagem seria cobrada quando cheguei ao hotel, em nenhum momento tal questão foi alertada no anúncio e na reserva. Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar no Caiuá.
