Room was comfortable and clean. Room keys didn’t work and when reloaded only one worked. Ice machine was empty. Breakfast was very good and staff were mice but seem to lack training. Pool was out of order.

The hotel was stuffy and too warm in general with no water available, simply an empty urn with staff standing around. Importantly, the hotel misrepresents itself. We booked a king room, which they would not allow us to have with our pet. State the room is not available to pet owners, but don’t pretend it is. Also, their amenities list a fireplace in every room, while there is only one in the lobby. This is a very average hotel stay with outsized promo.
