They wouldn’t let me check in after I book a reservation so I never stayed there,they also were racial profiling me ,then this hotel wouldn’t refund my money . If you are a dark complexion don’t do business because they treat customers bad

The shower leaked, there was a dead fly in the wall, and I found hair in my towel. The hotel is convenient to where I’m working I just wish there was a later check out then 1 pm since I work nights.

The room was clean but felt neglected. The furniture is old, outdated and the paint was chipped. The water pressure in the shower was low because the bathtub faucet did not close properly. The office itself also felt neglected. We've stayed at other hotels from this same chain and they offer continental breakfast which this location did not. They did not even offer coffee which would have been nice since it was rainy and cold on the day we stayed. Good location to various fast food places, Target and Walgreens. Very close to the Kaiser facilities and hospital.

The neighbors are so loud, very thin walls. The bathroom was not clean and very small. The queen bed felt more like a full it was just kinda small. And the staff told us if we dont leave our car there the pur parking apot could get takem by public who arny paying to stay. Also we would have to pay for pur car to be on a meator all night away from us.
