Our stay at Steve’s place was perfect for my son’s wedding weekend. The patio was a popular hang out spot with a spectacular view of Catalina Island, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. A fresh bouquet of flowers was a nice welcoming touch along with plenty of coffee pods to wake up to. Also, the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets.
Great spot just across the street from the beach and walkable to 2nd St restaurants and shops. Comfortable inside and we enjoyed the outdoor seating area.
We had a fabulous time. Steve was there if you had any questions. He was there making sure everything was good. The parking is great for my family to visit. Its close to stores and restaurants. And most of all the beach is across the street. We have rebooked to come in the summer
This place is amazing, it's beautiful inside and outside The view is perfect and the location couldn't have been more convenient We would love to return Check in and out was simple

Location is spot on. You can not get any closer to the beach. Shopping and restaurants a small walk away. The house was very clean. Bedrooms are a perfect size. The 2 bathrooms are a necessity and worked out great for 7 adults. The coffee bar is a cute addition. Parking is adequate. Two small SUV's fit on the driveway and street parking is not a problem. The patio is quaint with sun loungers. With the beautiful Calif sun, this is a 10 out of 10.
Very comfortable, well maintained property, everything worked as advertised, good location. One nasty neighbor, but we didn't let him spoil our time there.
Great little property! Having your own parking was wonderful, clean home with everything you need for a beach trip. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and minutes to beach. Steve was a wonderful host and communicated great when anything came up.
We were in the area to attend a conference and this place was perfect. It had everything we needed, plus sunsets over the water! comfortable beds, easy walk to 2nd street for food/shopping, laundry, parking, nice outdoor space -- highly recommended!
Steps from the beach! It was a great place for our family who needed a place to relax after lots of sight seeing. The unit is well stocked and maintained. It took us 25 minutes to get to Disney from the unit!
The house was well-equipted and the host easy to contact and helpful. The location is ideal, walkable and/or short drives to Aquarium if the Pacific and other licacations.
This is a beautiful home and property located in a great area of Long Beach/Belmont Shore/Peninsula/Naples Island. My wife grew up in this area and staying here put her back in the middle of all her favorite activities, places, and people--such a great stay. Steve is an AMAZING host--he communicates promptly, is very helpful, and even showed up with a vase of fresh flowers just after our arrival. Highly recommend this experience to others!

We booked this property for some relaxing beach days with our grown children. Location was perfect for walks on the beach, quick walks to restaurants and shops. We had plenty of room and beds for our whole crew. Host was very available and communicated very well. Home was well kept up and relaxing. We would definitely ok again if in this area.
