Nice hotel very close to the airport.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The bar staff was super nice. Our only complaint was the restaurant staff. We went downstairs to the restaurant at opening and were completely ignored. Sat there for 20 minutes and were never even offered water. Certainly didn’t ask if we wished to order appetizers. The lack of acknowledgment forced us to go back to the bar and order our dinner there.

This is a great place to stay when flying in and out of Barcelona, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend if you are planning to see the sites within the city. It would be much better to go to a different hotel, but this worked well for flying out of the airport.

The property is beautiful and our room was very well appointed and easy access to the airport with shuttle provided. The staff were either very friendly or behaved like they either don’t like their jobs or didn’t like us.

Barcelona Airport Hotel

I have stayed at this hotel over the last few years. Staff and service is wonderful; good food and spacious clean rooms and lovely pool area. Free convenient airport shuttle. This year it appears the hotel needs a little bit of freshening up in hallways and rooms to bring it back up to excellent. Perfectly comfortable safe and clean but some wear and tear showing. Give it love it deserves. Will continue to stay here.

Clean and friendly staff transit hotel

Friendly and clean transit hotel near BCN airport. This is my second time staying there, free shuttle between hotel and airport which's handy!! The hotel is also near metro station easy access to Barcelona!

The shower was leaking due to a hole in the glass the bathroom door was also dirty and it just looked not well constructed. As you walk through the halls you can see the imperfections in the recent construction and rehab

What I liked about this hotel is in a short distance to Barcelona airport as well as a shuttle taking us to airport however upon arrival at midnight we went to bed to catch another flight at 6 am. I realized hotel was so noisy and very loud especially our next room with several people loudly talking and laughing. Tried to call front desk several times but not even once my call was answered. After another half and hour struggling to sleep with all the noises had to go to reception and ask for help. Their response was I am the only person in the lobby and not much can do. I won’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.
