We stayed here for an ovwrnight before a flight home. We upgraded to a deluxe room so we had 2 queen beds which was nice. Room was spacious and beds and pillows comfortable. Shower door caused leak all over the floor though. No shelf for toiletries in the shower. You need to leave a card in the pocket by the door or the lights and air conditioning turn off. Breakfast was good. Lots of variety but hot food was all cold. We had dinner in the sal marina restaurant and my suggestion is to eat anywhere else. Service very bad, lots of attitude from staff like we were an inconvenience. Food was so bad i could not eat it and the servers didn't ask why i didnt eat it which makes me think this happens frequently.

Nice hotel, but a bit isolated from the downtown. Close to airport, but not ideal for tours and transportation. If you want to do tours of Barcelona, get something closer to town. If you want to be close to airport, great location, however Metro station at airport with free shuttle. Some trade offs.

The survey buttons didn’t work. Hotel is in an industrial area, but the amenities are first class. Everything about the hotel was excellent with the exception of the bus drivers to and from the airport. They are not happy people. They do not know which airlines leave from which terminal.

Hard Beds, Hot A/C, The Receptionist that checked us in acted like she didn’t want to help us, I asked for a room facing the mountains, she gave us Room 468 facing a giant silver facility . At Dinner, the rude guy, seen us standing to be seated, he tried to take a white couple, in front of us, and the wife told him don’t you see this couple standing in front of us, I told her Thank You, He very prejudiced, cause the food took forever and the peas where still frozen, I cancelled the dessert, we are 73 and 65 years old, traveling for our 17th Anniversary, I will never go to their hotel again. And will tell our Friends & Family not to go their and Our Company Mc Lanes too.

If you're coming to Barcelona for a cruise, do not stay at this hotel. Its about a 25 minute ride to the port, not 7 mins as advertised by Expedia. The only reason i booked this hotel was because it was supposedly close to the port and it turned out not to be close. The hotel itself is nice, only complaint is the distance to the port.
