Ok but not again

Quickest check in ever with reservations. The lobby had some kind of room refresher that stunk so badly. I have no allergies but my tongue was on fire as soon as I entered. Room was very warm, housekeeping didn’t know how to decrease heat so maintenance man came to turn it down. When we took key out of socket to sleep fan shut off and we awoke to hot room. No night light to get to bathroom.

Very nice and clen place to stay. We asked for a wake up call at 3:00AM because of an early flight at the Barcelona Airport and did not receive it. I told the attendant at check out and she said they called 3 times, but the phone was occupied. We never touched the phone in the room I don't think it was working. She said they would check it out. We needed that wake up call they should have knocked on the door. We loved the hotel other than the wake up call.

This hotel is modern and clean. As a hotel close to BCN international airport the owners should pay more attention to service. International travellers expect certain facilities and service, the facilities are good but the service is poor

Fabulous hotel. Lots of attentive staff on reception. Handed a ‘quick guide’ to the hotel which clearly explains what the hotel offers and where you can find it. Room was compact but modern and spotlessly clean. The sports bar concept was great but not executed quite right. A bit too formal for a space that should be relaxed. Beautifully designed. Nothing around the hotel as it’s on an industrial estate. Great for running though.

Very modern look and amenities. Shuttle service was convenient for us when we arrived at 1am. We say to follow instructions to shuttle. Room was spacious for 3 of us to sleep.
