The beds were hard. Our room sounded like the metro tram was inside our room. Kept me and my kids up all night. We were on the 3rd floor which was level with the tram and it was loud!

Overall, it was good. The lobby and the room was clean and neat. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient. But I didn't like 2 things. The light of the bathroom and the pillows. The bathroom's light had a motion sensor and the light turns off if it doesn't catch any motion around. While I was taking shower, it turned off twice and I had to get out the shower and turned it on again. As the shower is weak like an usual hotel shower and I have a long hair it was inconvenient. The pillow was very warned out so it went to flat once I put my head down. After long flight, I needed better neck and head support for sleep but the pillow didn't give me that.
