We really appreciated the friendly front desk accommodating our early check-in request since we had a surprise party to attend before check-in time. There was a cigarette smoke smell in the bedroom area, but it wasn’t too bad. The staff did offer to move us to another room the next day, but we were only booked there for one night. The room was spacious, breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the hotel and dining area were clean. Freeway noise was pretty loud in our room, so our earplugs helped (definitely recommend bringing some). Overall it was a good stay.

Missing amenities (no shampoo/conditioner/body soap), cleanliness concerns (floor had visible spots), and maintenance issues (towel rack detached, one light not working, loose outlet, shower curtain leaked water). Our first room had many issues including broken heater/air conditioner, phone, light bulbs, and toilet. After 3-4 hours and 2 maintenance visits, we were moved to a better room where everything worked.
