My stay at the Omni Hotel was unexpectedly cancelled due to flooding on one of the floors. While that could have been a major inconvenience, the staff immediately stepped in and fully arranged my accommodations at the Intercontinental. As much as it was disappointing to hear at first, my experience turned out to be wonderful. I truly appreciated how the Omni team took care of everything and made sure I was comfortable. Excellent customer service!
