The room was great, your elevator situation and ice machines need to be fixed ASAP!!!!! And on the other note your staff was good until I met do not know the ladies name but she has blonde or yellow hair how ever you want to put it I think she is the manager wears glasses Mexican I guess speaks both languages well she is very rude ..
