The property itself is nice and customer service is good. However, breakfast at this place was absolutely chaotic, pricey and had a long wait time. Not ideal when one is arriving here at night after a long journey. They could do better with just a simple self-serve breakfast bar like other places rather than making guests wait for custom cooked "al a carte" menus especially when dining options nearby are limited. The location being near the airport doesn't have a lot of decent dining options nearby. Moreover, the surrounding suburbs don't seem to be that good.

We recently stayed at the westdrift and I really liked how nice, and welcoming the hotel was. The staff was approachable and friendly. The area is very nice and close to several stores and restaurants. The only issue was the room needs updates. Beds were comfy.

We had some difficulties with check-in, but the property made it right by upgrading our room and offering us complementary breakfast. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The property is beautiful and the room is comfortable!
