I was told I wouldn’t have extra expenses yet I was charged an additional $500-$600 when I chose all inclusive. I was offered a time share presentation in exchange for a discounted rate of $150 for an additional night. Then I was told it was for something different. All restaurants were to be all inclusive yet we couldn’t access two of them. Our belongings were gonna through while not in the room, $50 is missing from my room. It was not what it was marketed to be. False advertisement

Nice Resort but Needs Updating

The staff were amazing and kind. The panoramic view from our king suite was gorgeous. The rooms are nice but a bit dated and the bathroom and mirror lighting is terrible. The resort would benefit greatly from an upgrade. The food at the breakfast buffet, Pennisula Restaurant, and Sushi restaurant was the best in my opinion. The overall food experience was average. What was incredibly impressive was the 4th of July show and fireworks party. It was incredibly well done with beautiful decorations, and assortment of food, desserts, and drinks, a live band and singer, and a beautiful fireworks show. I will likely not stay here again, but it is a nice resort if you are okay witn 4 star level. My family and I loved the staff and has a nice vacation in Cabo.

I’ve been coming her for many years. This was probably my 5th or 6th stay. The property has changed a lot since 2020 and not for the good. Some of the staff were great but most were not friendly and didn’t really have information. Information changed depending on who we asked and a lot of the things I previously liked about the resort are no longer the same. The most disappointing part was the pools were all warm, not refreshing at all….probably will be looking for a new place for my next visit to Cabo

We came here to attend a wedding and the property was gorgeous! Everything was kept extremely clean, which is always appreciated. We felt that the staff always went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made us feel welcomed.

Really enjoyed the property. This was my second time visiting. The staff did a great job with entertaining their guests and having food available all day. Great amenities for an all inclusive.

Came to this resort for a wedding this weekend. And it was absolutely beautiful. The property had about six pools. They weren’t all busy at the same time. There was a kids club a playground. Kitty pools. Depending on what room you get. You will need a golf cart to get to him from your room, but they’re pretty good with it. You just call and they pick you up and literally a minute. You walked to the lobby and you get a ride to your room. Super fast. My Husband and I came here alone, and shortly realize that this was a family hotel, and it makes us really miss our kids. Lol. so now we are planning our trip back already with our kids. I highly recommend this hotel for families as Alex at the Mexican buffet. He’s an awesome waiter. And Paul took really good care of us at the front desk, comedy, and everything that we needed. Oh and try the restaurant blue. It’s only open for lunch and dinner, and we only had the pleasure of having lunch there. Twice that New York aguachiles are to die for. It’s like Mexican pokey, highly recommend.
