Room 216 does not have good water pressure in the shower. The shower has a very small shower head, which seems to not fit the shower. Otherwise the room was great.

Didn't have balcony view (parking lot view), but apparently I paid for a balcony view. Lots of faux wood furniture. Very slow service times. Often had to call multiple times to get something as simple as extra towels. BS "amenities fee" of 30 dollars a day (!) which I never agreed to. I asked the front desk what amenities this covered, and this was apparently the pool, towels, breakfast, etc... ya know, the standard things hotels provide. So-called "continental breakfast" was just a single counter of pastries and Keurig coffee with creamer in the lobby, which ran out daily. Room was very stuffy but you couldn't turn on the AC below 68 degrees. It wasn't 100% awful, but I paid for a nice experience and got a Best Western. Spend your money elsewhere.
