Overall experience was good, but it was clear that the bare minimum amount of effort and expense was used to make the place functional. Staff was generally pleasant but constantly changing to different people, so no continuity.

DISGUSTING

Absolutely disgusting, do not stay here. I walked in and saw the condition of the lobby and hallways and already was hesitant. Went ahead and checked in. Walked in my room turn around walked out front desk said they wanted me happy if I just call hotels.com. I could get a refund and then I got completely denied.

The ac quit working due ti transformer that blew the microwave stand in our room was about to fall over the counters in the lobby where nasty sticky dirty no ac in hall way or breakfast area

The bed was clean and comfortable, but the shower and toilet left the floor wet. The floor in the room was filthy. If I walked barefoot, my feet were black. Not impressed.

Breakfast was sparse. 1 piece of loaf bread for toast and 3 every thing bagels and make your own waffle. No eggs, meat, gravy or biscuits. No fruit or cereal. Milk and Orange juice and but no water. Coffee was terrible.
