Great hotel

Great hotel! Good location to Zion and Bryce NP's. Quiet, food was great. My dog loved our room ♥️. The only issue is the key cards, they don't always work 🫤. We had to go to the desk several times, to fix them.

Dakota at checkin was great. Room was large, whirlpool tub was great after hiking Zion! The blond guy at checkout a little rude. Really shouldnt stare at someone who isnt white. Would stay again.

The rooms are nice and spacious. But the breakfast is not up to par. No eggs or bacon, just pre-made cheese omelet that was bland. Coffee machine wasn't working and juice was out. The worst part for us is we are traveling all month and we need washer and dryer which are advertised as an amenities. We got there and none of the 4 washers and only one dryer worked. We had to pay a off-site Landry matt almost 40 bucks to quick wash and fold our clothes. Not acceptable.

This hotel is right at the mouth of the road up to zions and virgin and Springdale. Nicely kept, the breakfast is great and customer service was fantastic too!

The location is about 30 minutes drive to Zion National Park and St. George town that offers better dining options. The hotel is in excellent condition and Nicholas has been wonderful!
