Perfect for overnight stay while on a road trip. Staff was courteous and efficient. Room was clean. Close to Lake Michigan and river walk boardwalk bonus caught a beautiful sunset

The clock in the room was broke and the drain in the sink was plugged up. I had a problem with the temperature and I called the desk and they sent up a lady to help me. I really appreciated that.

It was a place to stop for the night and try to rest, however, after a couple hours of sleeping, there were noises like water running, loud water pipes from some one showering. There were other noises that woke us as well as the water pipes. The bed was not as long as we are used to and our toes were hanging over the end of the bed. The matress seemed to be an innerspring matress and was not comfortable. This is a convenient location for the event we attended and needed a place to stay the night but next time we will choose somewhere else to spend the night.

It was dark and dirty, room keys didn't work until we got them re-programmed, everything smelled like pot with a hint of cigarette smoke, and had a slightly creepy atmosphere. Bad enough that we left after only being there for 20 minutes... Willing to lose the money rather than stay! Also... 'Queen' rooms have a double bed!!
