I was put in a hearing disabled room instead of a regular handicapped room - they didn't have another one to move me to. Had trouble using the bathroom with a regular tub and no grab rails. They blamed Expedia for the screw up. Did not know that this hotel does NOT clean the rooms during your stay. I thought it was that they just didn't change your sheets daily. Disappointing.

Property was under renovations. This information should be shared at the time of reservation so that you have the option to chose a different property. The pool was closed the "deli" was soda and frozen pizza. The carpets in hallway were filthy and the oder in room was overwhelming. Large puddle in hallway.we would have left but had been driving for hours and were exhausted.
