Room was a little dirty but nothing major. The couple that own it are very sweet and accommodating. Wasn't too expensive. Pillows are a little flat but I went and bought 2 so we were fine. Bed was comfy ac worked great. Close to restaurants and shopping centers. Wld highly recommend. Prices were reasonable for a weekend stay.

Cheap room and good enough to sleep in for one night. Its a basic room but needs some work. It had a spot that looked like a dog had peed in floor and noticed some other spots that could have used some cleaning. If not for that id rank it higher bc it served its purpose.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and affordable as well as being a highly convenient location which is easy to get into and out of. Beds comfortable, excellent TV with plenty of channel selections, superb air conditioner which could make the room as cool as I wanted it. My only complaint is that the shower head was too low. I have never understood why any hotel or motel has shower heads that are too low, as water flows downward due to gravity anyway so the shower head could be located 7 feet above tub level and still be plenty accessible for adjustment by adults of virtually any height. This problem exists in many hotels/motels I have stayed at over the years and there is no reasonable excuse for why that is. Water pressure was great for taking a shower, so I have no complaints with that. All in all I was very pleased with my 4 night stay here and would stay here again whenever I am in Madisonville, Kentucky in the future. I say to my fellow travelers--don't hesitate to stay here--you'll be glad you did, as it is an excellent combination of clean/comfortable/quiet/convenient location/affordable price.

The pictures must have been doctored up to make the place look better. The bathroom was dirty and had a wash cloth that was used by the previous person was still in the bathroom. I thought someone would kick the door in at any moment.
