This hotel is so chic and the staff was great. We only stayed for two nights as this was the end of our Euro trip but the location of this hotel allowed us to see so much in a short time. If you want to shop this location is perfect. There are also plenty of local restaurants you need to try.

Excellent location, professional and friendly service, and very comfy room. I love the pool and sauna and was disappointed that it opens late at 10 am on weekends. The bar is also good and open late.

Definitely it’s not a 4 or 5 star Hotel, I would say 2 or maybe 3. Room that I stayed in, was ok and clean. Good size, place to move around and good size of table. Gym was clean and good. However, despite some friendly staff, most of them don’t speak English and if you have some problem, they don’t try to find an alternative solutions, they cut it of saying a simple “No”. Very simple room service order (Coffee and Burger) could potentially take 20 mins to order. This was my experience. It was not bad, but would I stay here again? Definitely not.

The room was spacious with the great view of Plaza de España. It is very near to Gran Via but quiet at night to have good rest. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choices and options. Definitely I will come back to this hotel.
