Great location for shopping, eating and sights like the Royal Palace. All the staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was fab too. In other words, when I’m back next year, I will look nowhere else.

Fab hotel! Great location, lovely pool area, amazing breakfasts. We had the Junior Suite with separate bedroom and was excellent - comfy sofabed (king size) for 2 and 2 toilets. Lovely balcony too. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The hotel seemed nice from the outside - but the room had no space to keep bags. I had to lie them down on the floor - I did ask the front desk and they said it is what it is - and then said they would send some type of stow for the bag which never arrived. I have stayed in quite a few Madrid hotels before this trip - for lower prices and warmer service.
