The hotel seemed nice from the outside - but the room had no space to keep bags. I had to lie them down on the floor - I did ask the front desk and they said it is what it is - and then said they would send some type of stow for the bag which never arrived. I have stayed in quite a few Madrid hotels before this trip - for lower prices and warmer service.

Loved our stay at Hotel Barceló! Super clean rooms (seriously spotless 👌), and the location couldn’t be better—right by Plaza España with gorgeous views.
