Bright big breakfast room, lovely decoration, super efficient and friendly staff and plenty of them always ready to help. Bedrooms well appointed, we chose and appreciated city view. Perfect temperature control and soundproofing. Excellent restaurants nearby and easy taxi rides everywhere if you don’t want to use metro. We would love to stay again thank you

Breakfast was a bit expensive but were able to have a really late checkout which helped us. Check out was scheduled for noon but we were able to stay until 4pm with options to stay until 6pm.

It’s very clean and hip. Staff can improve however I understand there are stereotypes but it’s not good to make guests feel uncomfortable. Overall though I would recommend staying here for a few days if you can get past that a few will give you dirty looks.

Found the Hotel on Expedia and was beyond Happy .The pictures do not do it justice.It is Beautiful. We arrived and meet Jorge...we upgraded our room to the 9th floor Suite. It is more like your own apartment and the view from the terrace is Amazing!The Spa was wonderful...Valentina,Amalia & Ricardo are great!My daughter and I had the best massage! The morning breakfast buffet is Awesome!So much to choose from and the food is fantastic. Sara the Manager is so wonderful and takes care of you and anything you may need.William at the 2nd floor desk is Great also.Ahmad,Igor and Javier take such good care of you when you arrive and during your stay. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. The location is Perfect!We had an amazing week here in Beautiful Madrid. We will be back for sure.

Everything was really good we had a great experience. Very Professional staff Lucia and Williams at front desk were the best at check in, they really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best view and experience in our stay at this hotel, and the best part they had a great attitude and great smile at all times.
