What a wonderful hotel! It's on a plaza just around the corner from the main shopping road, but you don't hear any noise in the rooms at all. Super comfortable beds, and an amazingly helpful staff. Metro and buses are right across the street. Lots of nearby conveniences (24 hour grocer, etc.) and restaurants. We loved it.

Fantastic property with well-renovated look and feel. Staff was ultra friendly. The location was central to 100s of restaurants and right at the heart of the Spanish Plaza. Additionally, taxi and uber access was plentiful as it never took us more than two minutes to hail a vehicle. We loved our stay so much that we have already booked the same place for our next planned trip to Madrid.

Beautiful property, very clean. Right at the Metro exit of plaza de España, walking distance to temple of debod, royal palace of Madrid, cathedral. We paid for the breakfast buffet, good selection, with the egg station but it’s the same menu/spread everyday, we were there for 5 days, my husband sorta got tired of it. We will stay here again if we’re ever back in Madrid.
