Hotel looked lovely, service was great. However very disappointed they didn’t open roof top pool until day we left considering it was 34 degrees outside. Room was very small and noisy being on level 1, and the TV would not connect and work.

I found it strange that they thought i needed to be told how to place a room key in the slot by the door, how to tyrn on the lights and where to find the clothes hangers. Stupid really.

The hotel was gorgeous. Sites within walking distance. I must say the 3 gentleman that attended the hotel entrance were so pleasant and helpful. Wish we could have stayed to enjoy the rooftop pool area but it got chilly.
