The room is quite run down. The toilet flush was missing a button and air con is not working properly. The bed is not clean,., basic hygiene is a must. Although we support reduce waste, the toiletries are given 1 small set , no tissue left in the tissue box and no on where to get more when you used up or return if you do not need. The hotel experience was a far cry from what we experienced back in 2018.

The staff & service workers are very helpful & friendly. Especially the security guide, he took care of our luggage after we checked out and also helped us to load them when the coach arrived at the Hotel. The only feedback is the room's bathroom needs maintenance – The shower area was flooded when we first used, though they came after we called at night and cleared very quickly. Bathroom also shows signs of mould and water stains. In addition, the small fridge was faulty, our sandwiches were stale as we did not know it was not working.

The hotel is above average. Room carpet is dirty with stains, mini fridge not working, floor tiles hollow sound, wall is thin, can hear next door people talking. Located next to a hospital, so can occasionally hear the ambulance siren. All stores below the hotel are closed, have to walk to nearby malls which is about 10 mins walk and cross the road. Not very near tourist spots, have to walk about 30 mins or travel by car about 5 to 10mins. However, bed is ok, located at bus alighting point. Price is reasonable as it comes with free breakfast.

We have stayed here many times. It has always been a pleasure. Hotel is not longer under hatten group and the hotel restaurant has reopened. Breakfast is now at Estadia instead of hatten.

Unfortunately the property gets more and more wound down each time I visit. This is probably the last time I visit. The hotel lift is not even functioning properly at times to bring you to your hotel floor. Breakfast option is poor.

My room was dirty. The batroom wad not clean had hair in the sink, the shower glass had never been clean. I asked for diffrent room but instead i wasvtold to wait 15 min. to clean the areas that I complained. When I made the reservation it say free parking, but at the reception I was told I have to pay it. I show my reservation and reception told me I am wrong. The parking is not close to the building. The lobbby are is like bus station. The breakfast is terrible. Unless you like fish, rice, and curry. Staff were polite, but cannot manage the luck of managment and organization. This hotel is like 2-3 star hotel. We suppose to stay 2 nights but we left after the first one.

Great relaxing stay

Generally, ok. Service was good. The daily breakfast spread hot section changes everyday which was refreshing. However, the wall paper was kind of old and peeling. Canndo with a refresh.

The managements should consider looking into the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel; the hotel was much cleaner and the state of the facilities were much better in 2019, before the COVID pandemicz
