Fabulous beach house

Just wonderful, straight onto the beach, most beautiful sunset. We saw dolphins several times. We will definitely be back. Daniel and Walter communicate very well.

Our 2nd time at the beach house.

Lovely beach house right on the beach, has everything you need, perfect for two. Comfortable bed and very quiet at night you can only hear the waves, so peaceful. Only a few minutes along the beach to nice restaurants. My wife and I stayed here last year and could not wait to return, may be back again next year! Daniel is close by to assist with key handover and any problems, we had none. Walter the owner always responds quickly to booking requests. Great holiday.

Wonderful property

Location is wonderful, house is clean and well equipped, bed super comfortable and lots of hot water, but it isn’t about inside, it’s all about outside, it’s the best sunset ever. Daniel is great, not intrusive at all but there if you need him. We will 100% be back.

Schönes Strandhaus

Super Lage direkt am Strand, viele Strandrestaurants ganz nahe, ruhiges Haus, schöne große Terasse vor Haus und auf dem Dach, gesamte Einrichtung gut, KĂŒchenausstattung neu und gut. Nur der Wind kann bisweilen heftig sein.

Perfekt fĂŒr einen Strandaufenthalt

Alles in allem sehr gut: Lage: 10/10 - mehr Strand und Meer geht nicht - erste Lage :) Das einzige Manko sind die in die Jahre gekommenen Möbel (sehr viele kaputte StĂŒhle im Außenbereich, es gibt nur noch eine Liege etc) und die Sauberkeit im Haus könnte besser sein. Alles in allem wĂŒrden wir trotzdem wieder kommen, fĂŒr einen Sommer -Strandaufenthalt wirklich zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes HĂ€uschen in bester Lage und guter Ausstattung. Besonders schön, dass keine Mauer die Sicht auf das Meer behindert. So konnten wir gemĂŒtlich unter dem gut gemachten Sonnendach sitzen/liegen und auf das Meer schauen und u.a. Delphine sehen. Aber auch dem Getue von zu vielen Hunde-Menschen morgens und abends am Strand. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit Walter als auch mit Daniel problemlos. Wir können das HĂ€uschen auf jeden Fall empfehlen, vielleicht noch ein Fliegengitter am Schlafzimmer Fenster und bei der Aussendusche noch einen Schlauch um sich nach einem Strandspaziergang die FĂŒĂŸe zu waschen.

That's perfect

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Angefangen mit dem sehr netten Empfang vom Verwalter "Daniel" er war immer fĂŒr uns ansprechbar und mehr als hilfsbereit, das Haus, die Lage und natĂŒrlich das Wetter. Seit 15 Jahren verbringen wir in Costabella unseren Urlaub . . . . dieser war perfekt. Vielen Dank ;-) wir kommen wieder !!!

La ubicaciĂłn del jardĂ­n a pie de playa es maravilloso ya que no tienes que moverte a ningĂșn sitio. El coche no puede acceder a la puerta de la casa por la calle estrecha. La vivienda no admite mascotas pero habĂ­a caquita en el jardĂ­n de algĂșn perro. Las dos tumbonas del solĂĄrium de la casa de las fotografĂ­as no existen ya que habĂ­a un montĂłn de sillas acumuladas muy sucias. Las dos tumbonas de madera del jardĂ­n trasero tampoco existĂ­an. Solamente una hamaca en toda la casa de madera. Pedimos que nos facilitarĂĄn una mĂĄs ya que Ă©ramos dos personas y nos dijeron que no tenĂ­an y que las personas que habĂ­an estado antes habĂ­an roto la otra de madera por lo que la que habĂ­a la tuvimos que turnar. El agua caliente de la casa funcionaba a ratos. TambiĂ©n tuvimos que dejar la casa a las 10 ya que venĂ­an a limpiar para la entrega de las siguiente personas. El armario de la habitaciĂłn huele a nectarina. No aparece en las fotos y la mayorĂ­a de mantas y almohadas que hay allĂ­ estĂĄn sucias. Por el precio que nos saliĂł los tres dĂ­as hemos estado satisfechos sobre todo por la playa tan cerca pero la vivienda necesita un poco mĂĄs de mantenimiento y reponer lo que se rompa. Tampoco dispone de Wi-Fi pero sĂ­ de aire acondicionado.La atenciĂłn de Daniel fue muy buena.

The Beach House is an perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Lovely gardens and a great view of the beach. The house is very comfortable and with all the sea air and comfy bed slept like a log. Hope to return again soon!
