Dining areas on both terraces, enclosed garden and direct access to the pool right in front of you make holidays for families unique. THE APARTMENT - gr. Living room with 60'' Smart TV with Netflix and programmes in English, German, Spanish, French and more - 2 bedrooms each with a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed, large wardrobe and chests of drawers, one with additional Smart TV - 2 bathrooms with shower or bathtub - kitchen with microwave, cooker, oven, hot water boiler, coffee machine, airfryer, toaster and spices. Plus a gas barbecue and on the terrace, washing machine and dishwasher WiFi/TV Our WiFi is fast, unlimited and for all devices THE GARAGE Your car will find a secure parking space in the street-level garage. From there, you can take the lift to the 3rd floor to the flat, which is again at ground level facing the pool. THE LOCATION The holiday home is located in the architecturally particularly creatively designed residential area of La Reserva de Marbella, which is embedded in an enchanting subtropical garden. It is inhabited by a pleasant mix of locals and tourists. The entire complex also includes several pools, each with a children's pool, all of which you can use. In the urbanisation you will also find the small, nice restaurant "Lennon" just 100 m away on foot. The "Imperial" with its special cuisine and terrace on the golf course is also just 800 metres away. Only 2 km to 2 beach restaurants. THE BEACH The nearest beach is only 1.8 km away. The fine sandy, wide beaches that gently slope into the sea, with sunbeds for hire if you wish, are some of the most beautiful on the Costa del Sol. Tucked away in the dunes between the Triana restaurant and Andy's Beach Bar, you will also find a naturist beach. There are also numerous other beaches along the entire coastline around Marbella, with many beach restaurants, the chiringuitos. Spain's pride and joy is the Dunas de Marbella ecological reserve, where a beautiful promenade has been created above the beach using wooden walkways to protect the dunes. GOLF COURSES The Costa del Sol is famous for its beautiful golf courses, the nearest of which is Cabopino Golf, just 1.2 kilometres away.
Other golf courses: Santa Maria Golf Club (1.7 km), Driving Range (2.1 km), La Siesta Golf (2.3 km) Sunshine Golf (2.4 km), El Soto de Marbella Club de Golf (2.6 km), Greenlife Golf (2.7 km), Miraflores Golf (4 km), and many more. RESTAURANTS - SHOPPING The 24/7 gated urbanisation is located in the well-known residential area of Las Chapas, near Elviria, the east side of Marbella. Cabopino with its many restaurants around the charming marina is 2 km away. Recommendations can be found in our Welcome - Paper. Two supermarkets are within easy reach at only 1.1 km and 1.5 km. Mercadona and Lidl in Elviria are 5.3 km away, Aldi shortly afterwards (5.9 km) and the bus stop with connections to Marbella (10 km) is also just 1.1 km away. El Centro, the beautiful town centre of Marbella, is a great place for a stroll, as is the wonderful beach promenade. And don't forget the butterfly museum in Benalmadena! The bus would also take you to Malaga airport or to the popular weekly market in La Cala de Mijas. Malaga airport is only 35 minutes away by car, Malaga city 40 minutes by car. MARKETS The biggest weekly market is in Calla de Mijas, on Wednesday and Saturday. There you will find everything that will remind you of your happy and sunny holidays here. The pictures don’t do this place justice, a fantastic stay in a beautiful suburban part of Marbella. The property was perfect for a family trip with two large bedrooms with super comfortable king sized beds, the pool area was a short walking distance with access directly from the balcony area. The property had everything required from kitchen utensils, Netflix on the smart TV and a bbq area. Perfect for a family trip to a nice part of Costa De Sol. The beach was only a 7 mins drive away and centre of Marbella is 15-20 min drive, there is several things to do nearby especially if you have a car. I’ll be back for sure as Monika was a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Super appartement assez grand plus très grande terrasse il y a tous ce qu'ils faut pour cuisiner même pour la plage parasol chaises place de parking au sous-sol et prendre l'ascenseur jusqu'à l'appartement nous avons manqué de rien la piscine juste en face a 20 pas mes enfants ont adoré en plus surveiller et Ceris qui gère l'appartement est une crème très gentille 🤎 disponible super sympa je recommande a 100%.
