The terrace is equipped with 2 large electric awnings and a top awning.
This bright apartment, with a maximum capacity of 6 people, has 120 m² and a sunny terrace of 20 m², two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), a guest toilet, a spacious modern and welcoming living room (with sofa bed), an equipped kitchen and a parking space in the underground garage.
