Stunning 4 bedroom villa ideally located in the heart of Nueva Andalucía’s Golf Valley. Newly constructed and furnished to a high luxury standard, this fantastic property is sure to meet and surpass guests’ expectations. Spread over 3 floors, the villa offers 4 bedrooms, a cinema room, wine cellar, seamless indoor and outdoor living, rooftop terrace, top of the range open plan kitchen, gas BBQ, and private swimming pool.
The property is situated less than 5 minutes drive from 3 of the Coasts’ best golf courses, is within walking distance of several bars and restaurants, a supermarket, and is just 5 minutes from the world famous Puerto Banús.
The ground floor comprises of the living room, kitchen, covered exterior dining area, large terrace, decked BBQ area, and infinity swimming pool. The living room offers an L-shaped sofa facing a smart tv on the wall. The open plan kitchen is fitted with top of the line appliances (Miele) and utensils, making it a dream for those guests wishing to cook and entertain from home. From the kitchen there is direct access onto the dining area terrace, with seating for up to 12 guests. The east facing terrace, accessed from the living room, is furnished with chillout seating, which looks out over the manicured garden and inviting infinity swimming pool.
Downstairs, guests will find 1 guest bedroom fitted with a large double bed and access to an ensuite bathroom with shower. The villa’s wine cellar and cinema room can also be found on this level. Furnished with comfortable seating, large flat screen tv, and surround sound system, it is the perfect place to enjoy a movie or tv show after a long day playing in the sun.
The top floor of the villa offers guests the master bedroom and 2 additional guest bedrooms. The guest bedrooms are similar in size, both having double beds and walk-in wardrobes. The 2 bedrooms share access to a bathroom with walk-in shower. The master bedroom presents a large double bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with twin sinks and walk-in shower, and floor to ceiling south-east facing windows that bathe the room in natural light. Upstairs, guests will also find the spacious rooftop terrace furnished with sun loungers, chillout seating, and some of the best views of the iconic La Concha mountain to the east.
The villa is perfect for families and sensible groups. Stag/Hen and party groups are not permitted.

Disappointed

There were a lot of issues with the house. Thermostat was not working in one of the bedrooms, not fixed during the entire stay, broken furniture in the master, bedding is very cheap - probably the cheapest option from the nearby supermarket, not something you expect in 50K/month rental. We had a boxspring skirt used as a "fitted sheet" in the master. Small pillows in the master and only 1 pillow per guest was provided. No towels in the house - we were only given 1 towel per person. No toilet paper or paper towels in the kitchen upon arrival, when we requested this to be provided, we were told they do not come with the house and we had to purchase ourselves. There is no proper beach towels or any beach chairs/umbrellas in the house, which typically comes standard in this price category. 3 beehives in the lanai area, (one above the main door to the lanai and 2 on the 2nd floor deck, with bees constantly stinging our kids and only exterminated on the 10th day of our stay after multiple requests. Dead dry plants and unstable umbrella on the ground on the rooftop, lawn around the house in poor (for American standards) condition. The house has 3 functional bedrooms, the 4th one is just a mattress with a base, no other furniture or a proper bed in that bedroom. They used the media room sectional as a "4th bedroom" option. Also need to mention that the house is in the noisy street and 2 bedrooms are facing that street with constant noise from the passing cars.
