Stunning Frontline Puerto Banus modern 5 bedrooms apartment with spectacular views.

Puerto Banús is where we will find luxurious, shops yachts, restaurants and the most exotic sports cars.

The entertainment offer in Puerto Banús is very varied, a vibrant nightlife.

Please note there is a 50€ charge for check ins after 9 pm May to September and a 50€ charge 8 pm from October to April.

For rentals over 6 nights. We have a mandatory cleaning policy. The tenant has to hire a cleaner for a minimum of 3 hours for every 7 night stay. Please ask for details.

For periods of every seven days the apartment includes cleaning service 3 hours every two days . If extra hours are needed the charge is 15€ an hour. Cleaning is only for the apartment and not personal requests such as ironing or washing clothes etc.

This is with no doubt the best apartment in Puerto Banus , amazing views , all brand new and great location close to all amenities.
NO PARTIES !!! If there we get complaints from neighbours , there is a chance you will loose your deposit !

The guest agrees to keep the property in the same condition it was found, reasonable wear and tear accepted.

The Tenant agrees to replace or pay for the loss, breakage or damage of any items in the household should this occur during their stay.

Damage or loss, consist of the following, but not limited to cigarette burns, permanent markers or body fluid stains, paint, any permanent damage and rips and tears.

If special cleaning is needed security deposits maybe withheld.

Items not returned or theft full cost of replacement will be charged to the client.

The house must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness to receive full refund of deposit.

The Tenant shall use property in a conscientious manner and shall comply with all applicable laws relating to its use.

Upon entry to the property Tenant must immediately notify the Host if the facilities are dirty or damaged.

The security deposit will be refunded provided the property is in acceptable conditions and:
There are no missing items.
No damage to furniture or property.
All trash is deposited in garbage bags.
Kitchen worktops, plate, fridge, appliances, and all other Surfaces are free of grease.
No missing sheets and towels.
All furniture is on its original place

All keys have been returned. Loss of set keys is 80€.

We kindly ask tenants do not make noise from 12 midnight til 9 am.
Please remember people live in the building and we ask for consideration.
