The villa is next to the beach, surrounded by some of the best European’s golf courses and a short drive to Marbella and The Golden Mile.
The exterior has two private swimming-pools with sun loungers, a spacious patio with BBQ area and a vast terrace with pool view in the first floor.
The interior includes a luminous living space with an open plan kitchen living room and four bedrooms all coming with a private bathroom.

Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.

Damage to keys set: € 50

Smoke fee in the property: 300 €

The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding the allowed noise levels, refraining from hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during their stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Fully refundable 07 days

Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.
