The main house offers two king beds a murphy bed and two bathrooms, while the guesthouse comes with a king bed, one bathroom and kitchenette. The property also includes a one-car garage.

Splash in the heated pool in the midst of lush tropical ferns and plants. Luxuriate in the raised hot tub listening to the rustling of the palm trees in poolside planters. Sip a cool beverage beneath the shade of a thatched umbrella. Recline on sun loungers watching the kids play with all the pool toys that come with the house while the family barbeque chef uses the gas grill to serve lunch on the shaded table. Then it’s back in the pool, because the southern exposure means a full day of sun shines on this tropical oasis.

Inside, sunlight streams through floor-to-ceiling windows, brightening the plank tile floors and coastal turquoise walls. Decorative shells and starfish enhance the calming seaside ambience.

The bright, summer kitchen features an island counter and comes stocked with all the appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner or blend a batch of cocktails to sip in the hot tub as the setting sun casts palm tree shadows on the lanai.

The house comes with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. It also gives you bicycles to explore the Island, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a beach cart, which will come in handy, since you’re just a short walk from the breathtaking beach of turquoise water and silken sands.

If you’re in the mood for dinner and a movie, another short walk takes you to Marco Walk Plaza, a premier open-air shopper’s paradise filled with movie theaters, boutiques and plenty of fine dining options. You can also walk to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden.
