That's an great boutique hotel. Traditional Rooms with modern additions, super comfortable and with an excellent view. The breakfast was awesome and the hotel Personnel were very accommodating and helpful. Especially, Zeyni, he was very accommodating

Amazing hotel with wonderful service. Hassan went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Given lay out of Mardin hotel is not the easiest to find. If you are coming by car, we hugely suggest you come up Cadessi 1 and ignore Sat Nav or Google that do not work well in the old city and may lead you up some very narrow and steep roads that are difficult to negotiate. If you park your car temporarily opposite ízala boutique hotel on cadessi 1 then the selcuklu is just down a set of steps

Amazing view, over looking mesopotamia. In the old city where you can easily walk to the places of attractions and walk through the old walls and explore. Very nice staff, although they can't really speak English, that can be easily solved with Google translate. As with any old buildings WiFi can't really work in the room due to the thick walls. But with such nice views outside, it's nice to sit at the patio area to read or do your internet surfing. Strongly recommended.

Down a steep hill with no car access

Warning !! This location does not have any access by car and down a hill about 300 ft walk. Plus, no cab driver can wait for you upstairs as there’s no spot for it to wait. Thus if it’s raining you need to wait outside for a cab without any cover or canopy. This location can only be categorized bed & breakfast at best with only outdoors dining area and very lightly staffed. It is more like rooms with housekeeping and you shouldn’t expect any hotel amenities. It was not possible to get any cellphone coverage inside the room and WiFi was sketchy. The room is like inside a cave thus this is expected unless signal boosters or WiFi hotspots are employed. The front desk is also not staffed thus it is possible that nobody would be able to contact during parts of your stay (which happened to us). Thus beware. The pictures of the rooms are accurate but beware this is not a hotel but nicely furnished rooms.

"Tarihi Dokusuyla Büyüleyen Selçuklu Konağı'nda

Tarihi Selçuklu Konağı’nda Harika Bir Konaklama Deneyimi Ailece Tarihi Selçuklu Konağı'nda konaklama fırsatı bulduk ve gerçekten unutulmaz bir deneyim yaşadık. Sabah kahvaltısı 10 üzerinden 10 puanlık bir lezzet şöleniydi; her şey son derece taze ve özenle hazırlanmıştı. Konağın terasından sunduğu manzara ise muazzam güzellikteydi, insana huzur ve dinginlik veriyordu. Konak sahibi ve çalışanlar oldukça ilgili, samimi ve misafirperverdi; kendimizi adeta evimizde hissettik. Taş yapının tarihi dokusu içerisinde zaman geçirmek hem çok keyifli hem de ruh dinlendiriciydi. Mardin seyahatimizi bu konakta kalarak daha da özel ve anlamlı kıldık. Ailece çok mutlu olduk ve keyif dolu anılar biriktirdik. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz!

Personnel très réactif et très précis par téléphone pour des informations. Emplacement parfait de l’hôtel. L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre. Tout le Personnel super gentil sans exception.
