The hotel is really nice but no air conditioning in any of the rooms. You can rent a fan but I would have thought since there was no A/C and it was really hot during the day the fan would have been provided. The staff tried really hard to communicate in English even though that was not their native language.

Camere grandi ma scomode perché una parte è sottotetto. Andrebbe fatta migliore manutenzione e ammodernato. Ad esempio il box doccia è molto economico e il doccino è fisso. La cosa più negativa è la mancanza dell'aria condizionata

Másodszorra is kellemes volt.

A szálláshely fekvése kiváló. Szlovén határ 2 km, Bukovnicki tó/Szlovéniaban 10 km, Velemér 8 km. Étterem, vacsora, reggeli kiváló és nem drága. Szoba kényelmes, ágy kifejezetten kellemes, alvásra is. Csendes környezet, zavyrtalan tartózkodás. Ajánlom mindenkinek, de a számlázást, bizonylatok kiállitását célszerű minden esetben azonnal ellenőrizni, szükség esetén reklamálni. Reklamáció intézés korrekt és gyors. Érezd jól magad, ahogy én is.
