The staff were great. The room had some issues that were quickly addressed. The shower didn't work very well and the bath was not an option at all due to the exceedingly slow flow of water from the tap. The riad is well located but, as with most Riads, is tough to find. Breakfast was pretty decent.

I had an amazing stay at Riad Signature. The staff was super nice and helpful, the room was nice and spacious and there was a wonderful rooftop terrace. Breakfast was great too, and the hotel was also located nice and quite but close to attractions and good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely welcoming kind and attentive staff, room was lovely and clean each day. They also have plentiful heaters for the cold November nights and an amazing rooftop terrace with plunge pool for the when the sun comes out. Close proximity to all the good tourist locations and really quiet during day and night for a good nights sleep. Look forward to staying here again thank you Riad Signature

We absolutely loved our stay at this riad! The location is perfect, being very close to the souks which made exploring easy. The riad itself was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this riad to anyone visiting!

The riad is perfectly located, short 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants and the busy medina but very peaceful once inside and up in the beautiful terraces. The staff were so helpful and fantastic at looking after us. Nothing was too much trouble. They are a real asset to this riad. Would highly recommend and would visit again if in Marrakesh.

Loved this property! It is located down a small quiet alley. The caretaker was very kind in highlighting the area and how to find our way back to the area as GPS did not work well in helping us. Therefore, be sure to pay attention as we left in the daylight and finding it again that evening was a challenge. Our room was lovely and well appointed. In the morning the courtyard provided a great place to work remotely as WiFi worked well.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Signature this past weekend. The riad’s central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot—everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the shared spaces throughout the riad were beautifully designed and full of charm. Each morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast, which was fresh and thoughtfully prepared. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive, especially Aziz. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great local recommendations and always checking in with a smile.

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it, great location, friendly staff and beautiful rooms. They served up some coffee, juice and pastries on our last day before we had to head out early for the airport even though this was before official breakfast serving hours, thought this was a lovely touch. I cannot express enough how amazing the experience was, largely due to the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated so well and every interaction was filled with warmth and kindness. The room itself was a bit outdated especially the washroom but the staff made the stay worth it! Abdul was a standout during our stay. He was always so friendly and sweet, making sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of every time he bumped into us. His recommendations for things to do were spot on, and we genuinely looked forward to our chats with him. He truly made us feel like welcomed guests, and his attentiveness added such a personal touch to our experience. Mohammad was equally wonderful. He took the time to guide us through what to expect in Marrakech, helping us get acclimated to the city with insightful tips. He also helped arrange transportation for us, ensuring our travels around the city were smooth and stress-free. His assistance and genuine care made a huge difference in our comfort during our time there. Aziz was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us organize taxis for our outings. He was always ready to assist and was another friendly face that we could count on throughout our stay. His attention to detail and care were deeply appreciated. The cleaning ladies were also exceptional. They always greeted us with a smile and a friendly "hello" whenever we passed by. Their kindness and dedication to keeping the riad clean
