The floors were filthy, the shower curtain was gross and there were hairs in the shower. It’s not been this bad before when I have stayed and on top of it I was questioned about a service animal that I had brought there before, so much so the attendant remembered my name. I believe this will likely be my last stay. I had to purchase towels because we had to walk with the hotel towels under our feet

The beds are so hard and the pillows are very uncomfortable I woke up with a back ache and head ache every day. The free breakfast was terrible and their coffee machine was broken.

It started off that I arrived a few hours early with only one car in the parking lot. I had to pay a $15 fee to get into my room early. They struggled to get my payment to go through because they had to reboot their system several times because nothing was working. Finally, my friend and I took off on our bicycle ride and when we got back later that evening our room was locked from the inside. I went upfront to get some help they just handed me a screwdriver and told me to take it off That this happens all the time. Finally, after we had to break ourselves into our own room, I returned their tools with no sort of compensation.
