From the moment we arrived, the exceptional location stood out as one of this property’s greatest advantages. The staff—particularly Ahmed Hussein, Sami, Walid and Abeer—demonstrated remarkable warmth and professionalism, creating an atmosphere that truly enhances the entire stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the housekeeping team ensures a consistently high standard of cleanliness. We opted for the breakfast package, which proved to be especially convenient when returning from Fajr prayers or completing tawaf. The dinner option was equally impressive, offering a relaxing and satisfying meal after Isha prayers. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Haram. The hospitality and dedication of the staff elevate the experience to a 10/10. Their exceptional service alone is enough to make your stay memorable.

Overall the room was excellent, the staff did excellent job. Very close to haram, the musalla in the hotel was very nice which connects to the haram courtyard. Rooms were very clean and so was the bathroom. The rain shower was the best. The only thing our room smelled like wet carpet a little bit everytime we walked in. No complaints otherwise.

The staff are amazingly hospitable and work very hard to resolve any issue. Every single person we interacted with smiling and willing to help. We travel alot and this hotel has the best workers all round! They even helped rebook train tickets. Very pleasant. Hotel is walking distance to Haram and lots of ahopping nearby. They also have 2 coffee shops on premises and 2 restaurants.

Excellent customer service. We came in late and they made our checkin so smooth and peaceful. Breakfast buffet has a tremendous variety, even my kids were impressed. Every single person we enteracted with was very pleasant. Feom bell desk to concierge, they are knowledgeable and it was well worth it.

This is the third time I am staying at the Conrad I love the accessibility to the Haram and the breakfast is really good as well. This time around I was given a smaller room With three people - it would have been nice to be given the larger room like I have always been given when it’s just been two people.
