The location of the hotel was extremely convenient. Because we were there mid-Feb, it was very busy and I think there were record crowds. For that reason, the 5 min walk to the haram took more than 10 mins (we also had a 4 year old with us) The hotel room itself was clean and well maintained. We had a lot of space for our little one to run around in and enough space for two of us to pray. Bathroom was also spacious and the shower was amazing. Now let's talk about the wonderful breakfast. This was phenomenal. The variety, the quality and the freshness. From a live egg station, there was a live pancake and waffle area, salads, cereals, hot buffet, drinks, juices and they even had a popcorn station! We would eat so much that we didn't need to have lunch! The staff were also quick in turning around dirty tables and very attentive. A massive 10 out 10 to Hilton Hotel & Convention Jabal Omar Makkah. We will be returning Insha'Allah

One thing that I did not like is the bed facing towards Kabbah, its direction should be in opposite side, overall good experience staying at Hilton Convention.

Excellent stay for Umrah

This hotel was excellent, very close 5 mins walking distance to the Masjid al-Haram. It is a little of a steep walk downhill from the hotel to the masjid, so those in wheelchairs may want to be extra careful. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety and very attentive waiters, and room service food was excellent as well. Overall had an excellent stay and will come here again.

The room was very dusty. There were these flies around. I think they can clean up the bathrooms and the rooms better. It was disappointing that a name such as Hilton , has kept it very poorly.

Staff was professional and friendly, I was allowed early check in into the hotel room by one of the receptionists; Sami I guess that was his name.My room was spacious, very clean, modern design, quiet. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi signal would drop once I approach the bathroom and when I requested a room with a king size bed I was facing the wall from the window. I definitely recommend the hotel and for sure come back for further visits.
