Check in process was a nightmare. The staff was asking for a different booking number other than the one we received by hotels.com and refused to look up the reservation with name or email. We were stunned that we might not be able to stay in the room we already paid for after a very long trip. They kept insisting that we must get them this “specific booking number “ and that there’s nothing they can do. Eventually, after at least 30 mins of back and forth with extreme stress, frustration, and anxiety they finally agreed to look up the reservation with email and amazingly they found it, who would have thought!!
I have never had such an experience in a hotel!!
Definitely wouldn’t recommend it!
