Buyer beware! I had a 5-night stay booked in one of their townhomes. Upon arrival, the home was clearly not clean: stained furniture, blinking lights in the bathroom, dead bugs on the floor, and a rickety bed in the master. I called guest services and the rep was kind and agreed the home was unacceptable. They showed me a smaller condo, but it also had stained furniture and dirty walls. Their final offer was a newer unit in better shape, but it was farther away and too small for our group of 5 plus 2 dogs. Because I booked through Hotels.com, the property refused to handle it directly and insisted it go through the booking agent. I requested a refund through Hotels.com on Sunday, but the property didn’t respond until Thursday—offering just a 25% refund for a trip I never took. We left within hours of checking in and didn’t stay a single night. Their customer service acts like a wall—you can’t speak to management, and they keep pushing you back to Hotels.com. Since they offered “options,” they believe no refund is owed. Just know: if something goes wrong, you’ll likely be stuck. We weren’t compensated at all. Find anywhere else to stay but here.

It was large, clean and in a good area considering our needs. They have a cool bar and restaurant on site. Pool is nice too. We didn’t get a chance to use them but they looked very cool. A leak in the upstairs toilet is dripping onto the dining room table. This was unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

Excellent place to stay with family. Great location especially if you like to watch boats pass on the marina and dolphins swimming up and down the stream. Theres also a waterfront grill and bar on property that had live entertainment! 10/10 Highly recommend

When we got to our original room, it had not been cleaned, at all. Called the main number, and the associate was extremely helpful, and apologized @10x. Upgraded us to waterfront, and gave us a late checkout. The codis are decorated beautifully, they provided everything, even coffee and creamer. We did not like the onsite restaraunt. .

Excellent place to avoid the noisy, inconsiderate folks, quiet complex, great views from balcony overlooking the barge river and boat docks, well stocked efficiency unit if only we had planned to stay longer. Would definately stay again.

This is our second time staying at this place. It's perfect for large families and the restaurant is really cool and serves good food. My only complaint would be our condo smelled like mildew which I know can be common near oceans.

The place was amazing. You could look at the window onto the marina and see dolphins swimming. The area is beautiful and close to everything. The condo was wonderfully kept and comfortable.
