From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. It was my children’s first time in Mexico City, and thanks to the incredible service and warm attention at the hotel, they’re already asking when we can come back! Room was clean and breakfast was very good. Front desk staff could be more welcoming. Also housekeeping came very late each day. I believe in 8 days the room was cleaned only 2 times. The bathroom shower area has a bad smell and the air conditioning barely worked.
