The room was clean and it was great to have hot water readily available. All staff from the lobby to cleaners and servers were friendly, helpful and efficient. Elevator was appreciated as well. The location in the historic center allowed us to walk and see many recommended sites. Chinatown was a block away and was interesting to see too. Streets are very clean everywhere! Would stay again.

Hotel staff were friendly. The hotel had a restaurant and was conveniently located to many local shops and dinning options. The rooms were decent, not fancy but certainly clean and habitable for a few nights. There was also 2 elevators which made going up and down the floors accessible.

The staff was excellent. The hotel itself could be improved - the room fan (for example) did not have a speed control. The bedside light was fixed on just one side - not sure why only one of two would want to read! Multiple minor things like that. A little variety in the breakfast buffet would have been nice.
