Riom was huge and all fine. Arranging the free shuttle from the airport required us to call the hotel but as transit passengers our phones could only make WhatsApp calls which hotel wouldn't take. Ended up.having to buy a sim just to call the shuttle. And it all took an hour when v tired.

Rooms are clean, but the place is very outdated, Our window was facing a sort of dump zone of the Hotel. We walked around. It's a very industrial area, and there's nothing to see. The neighbor seem to safe, and there's a convenience store nearby. The hotel is really subpar with the price we paid for the night. I was expecting a higher quality.

I did not know the hotel was doing renovations, I am allergic to some smells like paint and dust, I had a really bad night coughing and sneezing. Also you guys need to the wording of your initial email wich states “ Please call once you retrieve your bags. i called and they asked me to call again a 2nd time once I was out at the door #7. W NOT Necessary. The Driver Raul was very nice. Please update your email. let them know I was already outside.

Check in staff wasn’t very friendly but all others were. Pool area not impressive, no pool towels even after I told them it was empty, only a few chairs and they were broken.. Hotel going through nice upgrades/ renovations currently. Bed was comfortable and nice pillows! Bathroom was clean! Had to leave before breakfast but we were given a to go bag which was nice.

Staff was great. The shuttle driver gave us a map showing all of the businesses that are within walking distance of the hotel, and told us to book our shuttle already for the transfer back to the airport.
