Great location right by the beach. Staff were really nice and helpful, the cafe in the lobby area is excellent. The pizza from the restaurant is delicious The pool area is wonderful and Jerry was great. We had three ocean view rooms and one of them was covered by trees so u saw no ocean that was disappointing. The locks on the doors on the two rooms had to be fixed but it was done pretty quickly. My only suggestion would be in the bedrooms add a chest of drawers so that there is room for your clothes. For three of us sharing space was limited. Great for families, groups it’s not a party hotel like Fontaine Bleu.

The entire property and experience was great. My only issue was the rental of an umbrella at the beach. If I'm spending several thousand dollars at your resort for 5 days I would think you could give me an umbrella for a few hours a day. The $27 per day for an umbrella was a bit outrageous!

Total ripoff— they showed a photo of a bigger room on Expedia, for which we paid, and we were given an obviously smaller room. They did nothing. We left after one night. My heart sank as I entered the room… tiny, a musty smell, tired carpet, and priced hundred of dollars higher than it should have been. I rarely take vacations, and to start one this way was like starting a gourmet meal with last weeks cold leftovers. The bar/deck area by the beach is beat up, the umbrellas are on their last leg, one actually blew over while we were there and customers had to dive out of the way, drinks and fries flying everywhere as they lunged out of the way. Not exactly the type of excitement one is looking for on vacation. The pool had a greenish tint to it, looked like a dirty fish tank… no one was swimming.

Property is conveniently located in mid beach, but not many choices for dining options. No retail shopping in the immediate area. The area is very expensive. The free trolley is an excellent way to go north or south to venture away for other dining and shopping. The hotel has exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Customer Service was shockingly poor! They had no record of our prepaid breakfast, had to fight for it with several incompetent staff who don’t know how to communicate and over hours of time! …just for breakfast! Was so embarrassing. Our room was very noisy and they managed to change our room which they said they would not charge the resort tax as a good will gesture they have added this to my credit card after we left the property after two emails no response very poor.... Also on the last day my wife had a hair in her breakfast, they said they would not charge but guess what... they did!!

I regularly stay at the Cadillac. Since the Confidante closed for reno, and I’ve wanted to still stay in the same neighborhood, this has been a great choice. The view from ocean front rooms is great and the rooms are nice and spacious. Love it here.

Anniversary Celebration

This is the third time we’ve been to the Cadillac hotel in Miami Beach, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We love this hotel, the location , the service as well as the restaurants. I will definitely return in the future.
